his stylish home located in our stunning Storey Lake resort is the perfect place for you and your family to stay while in Orlando. This beautiful home will book up fast only 15 minutes from Mickey's doorstep and right next door to all the fun!

Modern and spacious, you will find a gourmet kitchen for you and your family to enjoy. Complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a walk-in pantry and plenty of counter space. This gourmet kitchen includes everything you'll need to indulge in delicious meals with your friends and family.

Gather around the elegant dining room table, which seats six, for a late-night dinner, or enjoy breakfast and coffee along the island, which seats four. This property can sleep nine people comfortably.

Kick your feet up and relax, that's what vacation is for! Our living room includes couches that are so comfortable you'll have to be persuaded by Disney churros to get up! Enjoy the large flat-screen TV while you relax.

Get your daily dose of vitamin D outback, where the splash pool offers relief from the Florida heat.
**Optional pool heat are available for $35/day + tax. - We recommend adding this option to your reservation between November and April.**

Down the hall, you'll find a room hosting a king-size bed, flat-screen TV and stunning neutral décor. There is a bathroom down the hall for your convenience.

Upstairs and boasting with comfort, you'll find a master suite accompanied by elegant décor, a king-sized bed, and a private en-suite bathroom. Enjoy the large shower and double sinks throughout your stay.

Overall, the house was fine. However, the property management group had no interest in fixing any of our issues. We had no WI-FI for the entire length of our stay. Eventually they stopped responding. With multiple rainy days, no board games and toddlers, it made entertaining them challenging. We also had multiple toilet issues that took them multiple days to fix.

The house was very confortable and fully equipped. Just the bed in the ground floor is too small for two people. It would be great if you can switch to a King Size one.

Close to Disney

Great property for our family. We enjoyed the resort pool, lazy river, and house. Perfect relaxation on our off days from Disney. Quick drive to the Disney parks and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great hom but misleading description

Home was terrific. But there was only 1 king bedroom not 2 as advertised and the matresses were sagging. also it should be fumigated for bugs

Our stay was very disappointing. The house was not clean, and we had a major ant problem throughout the property. The showers and kitchen sink weren’t draining properly, and maintenance had to come out during our stay to fix them. On top of that, the internet didn’t work at all at one point need to contact management again. I was trying to enjoy my vacation and not constantly reach out! Big mistake as they said I didn’t report enough issues for them to be concerned. Also a light in a locked room that was left on that my kids were scared as heck to walk by.We expected a comfortable, worry-free stay for the price we paid, but instead we dealt with constant issues. Pictures attached for reference. I strongly advise looking elsewhere before booking this property.

Nice Place

I recommend ordering toilet paper right away for your stay, the location and pool area were great. I was surprised there were no wash cloths or kitchen towels in the unit. Overall a nice place and close to the parks we were going too!

Convenient location, spacious and clean unit

We stayed six nights and had a great stay while visiting Disney World and sight seeing in Orlando and Cocoa Beach. The gate is monitored 24 hours and felt safe and comfortable with staying and enjoying everything that offered including the pool and club house. I highly recommend 2-3 families to stay together as the place offer plenty of beds, bathrooms (3!) and common areas.

Storey lake

Very nice property and resort amenities. Was nice to have one bedroom on main floor. Everything was clean and updated. Kitchen was well appointed. Bedrooms were nice with comfortable beds. Would recommend to all.

Great house for our family of 5

We really enjoyed the home it was clean and large enough that we had our own space. FYI we had to go to the store for shower products, dish soap, paper towels , and toilet paper. Publix was right around the corner and we were able to get groceries at the same time.

Nice Location, inaccurate listing info

Stayed with party of eight. Listing stated “2 king size beds”. Property only had 1 king size bed , other bed was full size. Not so great when your children want to spend the night in your bed. Also had ants crawling around in first and second floor bathrooms. Property management response to these issues was “sorry” with no resolution.

Not a good experience

Found dead coakroach, a live snake, lots of bugs and area rug was very dirty. Second time booking with vrbo, second time with issues will try other platforms next time!!!

Welcoming Home

What a great home to enjoy! We were very impressed with the cleanliness and well stocked kitchen. We did most of our eating at home and this kitchen was perfect! We were disappointed with their inflexibility in checkout. Due to our flight schedule it would have been very nice to have a late check out and they would not allow that. Also the pool was smaller than it looked in pictures. Good for little kids but not so much for older ones

The stay overall was satisfactory. We had the space we needed for our family. The cons were as follows:- There is no hand soap outside of a hotel sized bar. No shampoos or body soap. Only thing they provided are dishes and cooking essentials to prepare and eat. You must go shopping for everything else. Only supply one trash bag for your stay. Only one dishwasher pod and dish soap. Bare necessities for towels. No bath mats. No wash cloths. Just hand towels and 6 body towels. So if you’re expecting to just arrive and enjoy your stay, you’re mistaken. You have to go shopping as soon as you get there pretty much. - There were ants in the kitchen and guest rooms. Luckily they weren’t ants that bite but kind of gross and inconvenient to have. So maintenance needs to be done for sure. - AC stopped working due to lack of maintenance again. Repair guy came by the next morning at 7am without notice. I was told I would be texted/called before arrival. Luckily we were waking up already but still, seemed a bit abrupt. No uniform or anything so it startled my wife. They repaired the issue and we went about our stay. It met our bare needs but I don’t think I’d stay again. Location is great for Disney. About a 15 min drive to the entrances and plenty of places to go shopping nearby.

Nice but inaccurate description

The townhouse was nice and community was quiet. Very easy to get to Disney World theme parks. However was very disappointed when I got to the house. I had been looking for a place that had a King bed on the first floor for my husband and I and a second bedroom with a King bed for our son and daughter-in-law. The description on VRBO indicated a King bed on first floor and a second bedroom upstairs with a King bed. This was perfect. I reached out to the property management team to confirm and they said yes. There were 2 king beds. Once at the property we saw that the 1st level bedroom bed was a queen, not a king as posted in the listing as well as in the description of each room. When I reached out to Executive Villas regarding the problem all they said was our listing says a queen, sorry for the inconvenience. This was a major inconvenience as my husband and I don't fit in a queen bed., and we couldn't swap with our son because we can't go up and down stairs and because of our son's height he needed a King as well. Needless to say sleeping was very poor. In addition the bed sagged very badly in the center. Also as part of the decor in the 1st floor bedroom thwre are two throw rugs that slide and bunch up. As a result, I tripped on one and took a major fall, hurting my right foot and knee. We had to call 911 for help. The rugs should be replaced with rugs that don't slide or bulk up. Unit NOT as listed, no help from anyone

We walked into the property and immediately noticed it was not as listed for size of beds. The listing sates a king on the main floor and it is a double bed, a king in the master, which is correct, a queen in one room, and it is 2 twins, and bunk beds in the last bedroom. The blinds covering the sliding patio door, there was a broken blind laying on the floor. From the front step and all throughout the unit there was glitter that was not cleaned up properly from the previous guest. We used the 2 showers on the upper floor, and both backed up because of clogs in the drains, which to be fair, the property management company did fix during our stay. The vents throughout the unit were covered in dust. We called the management company immediately after arriving into the unit and was told it was after hours. The only way to communicate was via email with the property manager who would then would resolve our situation. We immediately sent the email, but never heard back from the property manager. The gentleman on the phone did confirm they had no other units to switch us to, and as they had our money, we were forced to stay in the unit and have some awkward and uncomfortable discussions about sleeping arrangements. As we traveled with 3 couples older than 55, this unit was booked based on the description of 2 kings and a queen, which the unit does not have. Please be aware that description of this unit in the listing does not reflect the actual sleeping arrangements.

Townhouse

The townhouse was nice. Perfect size for our group. It should have been cleaner when we arrived. Dried cheerios were stuck in the living room carpet. Hairball by the bed in main bedroom. Candy on the floor in kids room. Do not follow the address they tell you to put in the GPS. It goes to a side gate that needs a code to enter. We had no code. Had to call emergency number. Took 4 calls to talk to a person, as we are sitting in a parking lot across the street. He said we needed to be at the main gate, he sent a map, that we could not make heads or tails of. I finally found the name of the resort and we got in. What a mess after traveling all day!! There was no information in the house about the water park. No idea of hours or how to get there. So that was a waste of our money. Airfryer drawer does not close, so we couldn't use that. There were 6 remotes to the main tv. We could not figure out how to work it. Tv's in the other rooms would not work. One of the rooms did not even have a cable box in it. I messaged the host hoping to find something out. I called the next morning and they said they would send someone. She came late afternoon. Very nice girl. Got everything working for us. But we missed the football playoffs, some unhappy people in our group that night. We would recommend this townhouse, just not this rental/management company.

Wonderful location

The location was perfect for Disney World, shops and restaurants around. The only problem was that the host never gave me a gate code and when I tried to contact them they took a while with getting back to me. When I told them I needed the code to the gate they said the guy at the gate can give it to me if I show them proof of where we stayed at. But the guy at the gate said the host should give it to me. I had to finally call the host after texting 2 to 3 times to send it to me. They finally did. The floors could have used a mop since we take off our shoes and all my grandkids brand new socks were super dirty that we probably will have to throw them out now. My grandkids love the pools. It was their favorite. All and all it is a wonderful place to stay. We had a beautiful vacation!
