Heart of Dewey - ¡Cerca de todo!

No solo es una ubicación fantástica, sino también un amplio estacionamiento para 3-4 vehículos. Renovado por completo con nuevas ventanas, pisos y cocina con nuevos mostradores y electrodomésticos. La sala de estar soleada tiene grandes controles deslizantes que salen a una cubierta envolvente, donde puedes disfrutar de las puestas de sol en la bahía. El condominio tiene una cocina abierta con barra de desayuno y comedor. Armario de lavandería y medio baño también están en este nivel. Esta casa adosada de 3 pisos permite mucho espacio y privacidad si es necesario. También hay televisores adicionales disponibles para sus sistemas de juego. A pie de todo !! No necesita el automóvil una vez que haya llegado. ¡Fácil acceso al océano con una luz de cruce justo en nuestra esquina! Además, el gerente de esta propiedad es muy atento. ¡Haciendo que sus vacaciones estén libres de estrés y preocupaciones!
El primer nivel tiene 2 dormitorios, cada uno con 2 gemelos en ellos con un baño completo compartido con bañera tipo "Jack and Jill".
El segundo nivel es una gran sala de estar con 2 puertas correderas a la cubierta envolvente, cocina abierta con barra de desayuno que está conectada al comedor. Medio baño y armario de lavandería también están en este nivel.
3er piso tiene 2 dormitorios, 1 con una cama king, 1 con 2 gemelos y un baño completo "Jack and Jill" compartido con bañera.

Great Place To Stay in Dewey Beach!

My family was very pleased with this clean, well maintained townhome - it had everything we needed. Everything worked well including appliances, a/c, showers. Owner had informed us about proximity to the Cork & Barrel music venue and cautioned us to expect noise, but we had no problem with it - there were bands 2 nights and they wrapped up promptly at 11 pm, and the sound was not intense. Great layout of bedrooms & baths for our multi-generational group. I highly recommend this unit.

What a wonderful place!!! Very clean, easy access to beach, great location pretty much anything you want to do or go to in the Dewey and surrounding beach areas! Check in process was easy, everything was as advertised and more! Cannot recommend this property enough!!

amazing location!

Easy check in process and owners answered quickly with questions and concerns. Rented another unit from same owners right across the way to accommodate a large group. Both units were clean and beautiful. Cannot beat the location. Got there and parked and walked everywhere!

Perfect Weekend

5 of us went to Dewey to celebrate our friend who is getting married. The house was very clean, perfect location and anything we needed the property manager was very responsive. You cannot get a better location in Dewey. Highly recommend this house.

Perfect location & comfortable stay!

The pictures don’t do this home justice. The location is unbelievable - walking distance to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, stores, etc. Living room is a great place to sit and drink coffee in the morning, the balcony is a great place for lounging in the sun! Me and my girlfriends had such an incredible weekend!

The Perfect Girls Weekend Getaway!

My girlfriends and I stayed in Dewey for the weekend and had the absolute best time ever! A large portion of that was due to this house. It was in the perfect location to the beach, the bars, and restaurants. We did not have to move our cars once because everything was so conveniently located. Diane and Robin were excellent with communication and answered all of my questions immediately. They gave wonderful advice on places to visit, parking information, beach information, etc. The house was exactly as we imagined from the pictures. It was very clean and spacious. Overall 10/10 recommend!

Wonderful Trip

This property was spectacular! Very clean, had plenty of space & beds for a large group. It is also in a great location. The owners were very nice & helpful. They were quick to answer any questions and made sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely be staying again!

Perfect location for a girls weekend

The house and location were perfect for our girls trip. There were 4 of us, but the house could easily accommodate double. We were walking distance to the beach (you do need to cross a main road, but it's literally a 10-15 minute walk from door to sand). More importantly to us, the location of the house to bars and restaurants was perfect. We were able to walk to all of the places we wanted to go at night and we used an Uber to go shopping at Bethany Beach during the day. I will say that it is very close to one bar in particular. We went during the off season and that bar was closed, but if it had been open, I can imagine that it would have been loud into the night very close to the house. Just an FYI for light sleepers. The house itself is clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for cooking. I would absolutely stay again and hope to do so in the future.

Perfect location for bachelorette party

We stayed here for a friend’s bachelorette weekend, and it was perfect! It’s very spacious for 10 people, and we easily fit 5 cars in the parking lot (and could have fit another). The owners were very responsive, and we were actually able to check in a little early. The house is a 5 min walk to the beach, a 2 min walk to several bars/restaurants, and a quick Uber to Rehoboth. I would definitely stay here again!

Cute and Convenient

This was a great place to stay. Right across from a beach entrance, right off the main road where everything is located. Close to Rehoboth board walk, and just a shirt drive to Bethany Beach. Everything was provided in the house, and the owners are responsive. It was all clean, except pillows were very stained, and the quilts were quite dirty. We did wash some, and used blankets we had brought. Other than that, everything was lovely! We would definitely choose this place again.

Great place to stay

Short walk to the beach, many restaurants and stores nearby, although I visited during the off-season so not much was open, but I'm sure summer months would be awesome. The home itself was good, plenty of space. All in all a great place to stay!

Dewey Beach Long Weekend

We enjoyed our stay in Dewey Beach. The property was nice, was well cleaned prior to our checking in, and conveniently located to food and not too far from the beach. It is close to the Bottle & Cork but we were given advanced notice about late night noise and it was tolerable.

Great vacation

We had a great time here! The floors were not as clean as I would have liked upon entering, but the managers were incredibly responsive to every need we had and rectified it. The house was perfect and was super close to the beach and amenities! We would stay there again!

Great location

Great location near to the outlets and good food places. The place was roomy for the 7 of us. The only downside is that it is next to a loud open bar that plays music until 2am on Saturday. The living room did smell a bit musty like a cat was there at some point.

My sister and I bought this home because we have grown up enjoying the Deleware beaches with our families and hope you will too! We have many fond memories of picking crabs and hanging out playing games.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We loved the location first of all, but also the size to accomidate our growing families. We also love the sunset views of the bay, a big bonus. Mostly during the hectic summer it is great to just park the car and not have to worry about getting around, but just enjoying the stroll in the evenings to all the different shops and places to eat.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

When taking the short walk to the beach, you are at a stop light so it is especially safe to cross RT 1 with children and pets. This area of the beach is expecially wonderful if you do have pets. You can take them on walks in the evening on the beach in the summer and there is no time limit during the off season time when pets are allowed on the beach.
