Luxury Bayfront condo with tons of amenities. Enjoy the beach (1 block walk) or bay beach (right outside) or relax at the rooftop pool (shared with other condo residents). Park your car (2 parking garage spots included plus 2 parking permits) and walk to all the attractions (beach, restaurants, bars) or take the Jolley trolley (right outside) to Rehoboth,. Gourmet kitchen and upscale bathrooms make your vacation a luxury retreat. Enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets from the comfort of your balcony overlooking the bay. A large table and chairs make it the perfect spot for dinner al fresco or relax and enjoy the view. Plenty of spots to enjoy with family or friends on the property including a shared rooftop with a pool, fire pits and top of the line gas grills. The unit also includes access to the indoor pool and fitness facilities in the Hyatt hotel located below the condo. All linens are included so you can relax and enjoy your vacation from the moment you arrive. Convenient check in. Condo updated with fresh paint and updated furnishings throughout for the 2024 season, new to VRBO! Minimum rental of one week from end June to mid August with Saturday check in and check out. Minimum rental of 2-3 nights outside of those time frames.

Beautiful, clean, and extremely well-located.

I just stayed here with my spouse, kids, and parents and we had a fabulous time. The condo had everything we needed and was clean, bright, and great for a family who wanted to hang out. We made good use of the large balcony and walked to the beach and often lunch or dinner. Drive to Rehoboth was less than 10 minutes if you want to hang out there too. We would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent Stay

This property is fantastic with a great location and lots of amenities. We had ten people and it never felt cramped. The owner was very accommodating and super easy to contact when we had a couple of questions. Would absolutely stay again!

Amazing Condo!

We loved our stay! The condo was very clean, kitchen well stocked, comfortable to hang out! lots of space for our group! You can't beat the location and the views. The owners were great with communication and quick reply. Would highly recommend staying here!

Dewey Beach Condo

We came to Dewey for a friend's birthday party and had a great time. The condo was in a great location, modern and updated, and provided us with all the amenities we needed for our short visit. The owner provided great check-in information and let us know ahead of time that the unit was ready. Overall great weekend in a nice condo!

What a view!

From booking to check out, our host Mary was amazing! She responded quickly to any questions & was extremely accommodating. The view is top notch! You can see the bay & ocean from the deck. The condo is beautiful & decorated nicely. So close to restaurants, bars & shopping. We had a blast! Can’t wait to go back. Would highly recommend this condo.

Great stay in Dewey Beach!

My family of 4 stayed in Mary's unit and absolutely loved it! The condo was extremely comfortable with more than enough room for all of us. The oversized balcony was key as we enjoyed hanging out there, playing games and enjoying a cocktail. It was very well situated, near several restaurants and bars that were great. The Rusty Rudder is right across the street and an awesome place to enjoy live music. The Lighthouse is part of the property and had great food and drinks and also live music every night. The town was super cute too with little shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. We are big live music fans and were so pleasantly surprised to see that so many places had bands every night of the week! The trolly was right outside the condo which was super convenient for our teenagers to head over to Rohoboth and go to the boardwalk on their own. What was also great was that the water sports rental places were also literally right across the street so we had a blast renting jet skis and parasailing. Everything was so convenient and easy which was so nice. The condo being Bayfront was a dream...didn't have to deal with the beach crowds plus the water was so nice and warm and calm. The kids had a blast in the water throwing the ball around. All around 10/10. We are so excited to come back again next year!

Dewey Goes Pink 2024

We stayed for the weekend for Dewey Goes Pink. This condo is gorgeous and perfectly located for all the fun activities Dewey Beach has to offer. We loved having coffee on the deck in the morning and wine there at night. Was roomy enough for 9 adults - plenty of seating to catch up and enjoy each others company. Mary was very helpful & quick to respond with our check-in - which was all on me. We would love to stay here again for next years Dewey Goes Pink! Thank you for a beautiful place to celebrate another year of being a survivor with all my special people.

Fantastic location, really great spot to stay!

Super close to everything, this condo is perfectly located for a group. Listing very accurate. Amazing amenities including pool access, roof, grills, etc. Definitely recommend

I grew up in DE and spent many weekends in Dewey during my youth.. Once my children were born, we spent our annual summer vacations in Dewey, dreaming of the day we could afford to have a place of our own. We were fortunate to have the opportunity to purchase this condo a few years back and we love sharing it with our guests, who we hope love Dewey and our home as much as we do!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The condo is in the Residences at Lighthouse Cove, which is in the heart of Dewey Beach. Everything is in walking distance...the beach, the bay (with lots of watersports available), and all the restaurants and bars. I love walking on the beach in the morning and evening...nothing melts your troubles away like the ocean waves.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

My favorite part is the oversized balcony which overlooks the bay. I can sit there for hours gazing at the bay, the boats and water activities; enjoying the sunsets; talking with family and friends; dancing to the music from the Rusty Rudder or simply reading a book. I don't usually sit still very long but there is something very relaxing about that balcony and the view.
