Excellent place to stay! It was within walking distance of downtown and very convenient with the bus stop nearby. Everything was clean and nicely set up. Highly recommend this place to any couple visiting Nantucket!

Very clean room with everything we needed for the weekend. The host was very kind upon arrival and able to answer all of our questions about navigating our way around the island. There is a musty smell to the room but otherwise it was perfect for a couple to stay for a weekend.

The place was fairly clean, but the hosting experience wasn’t very welcoming. The host monitored the property’s cameras closely and contacted us about our movements in a way that felt uncomfortable. While the property itself was okay, the communication made the stay less enjoyable.

We do want to clarify that our listing clearly states a maximum occupancy of two guests. During your stay, we observed three people repeatedly entering and leaving the property. Because we live on-site, we also noticed this in person. When we reached out to confirm the number of guests, we were told there were only two, despite what we observed. Our exterior security cameras are disclosed in the listing and are used only for the safety of our guests and to verify compliance with house rules, including the maximum occupancy. We respect our guests’ privacy and do not have cameras inside the apartment. We strive to provide a comfortable experience for all guests while ensuring that everyone follows the rules they agree to when booking. We wish you all the best

The most wonderful thing about this space, and something I don't think is promoted enough, is that the free bus runs into town (and all over the island) from the corner outside the house! It's so cool. The space is very comfortable and beautiful. We enjoyed ourselves very much. Jonathan was very responsive to our slight issue and helped out immediately.

Our stay was great. Owner provided us with a coffee each morning and some nice cold beverages. Parking was nice to have. Would recommend for couples. Outside sitting area is tiny, but we were gone most of the day. Beaches in the area are beautiful they even provided beach towles and a small cooler.

A little slice of heaven

Great location with the ease of a close-by bus stop for a quick trip to town. The owners were quick to answer any questions we had. Clean room, comfy bed, and beautiful setting. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Lovely, quiet and bright room (for a basement). Well stocked for amenities! Close to Cisco! Hosts were there on arrival and were happy to help with any requests! Definitely will stay here again!

He property was beautiful. Very private, clean and plenty of space. The hosts are also super friendly. The property is close to a stop on the Miacomet line of The Wave. It’s about 1.5 miles from the middle of town and 2.5 miles from Surfside.

Nice room on basement level. Clean and convenient. We were woken up early every morning unfortunately due to the floorboards above us being creaky - 6am one morning but all in all would stay here again.Bike rental was q 15 minute walk away and a great cafe

FANTASTIC PROPERTY AND HOSTS!

Great, clean, modern and new room with all the necessary amenities in a great location. Host was super responsive and helpful - even greeting us when we arrived due to our flight being delayed! We highly recommend it - and Nantucket is FANTASTIC!

Room was great. Very easy check in process. However the room is quite loud as it’s below the house (basement level). We were able to hear a lot of moving, walking, etc from above.

Outstanding Stay!

I’ve rented vacation stays for many years now and Kasia was by far one of the most hospitable hosts. She was very responsive and even when out of her way to check in and provide recommendations for places nearby. The apartment had many thoughtful amenities and very spacious.

The room was nice, clean, and well-appointed. The host was responsive; check-in and check-out were easy. I didn't understand from the listing that it was a basement apartment. The dehumidifier was annoying, but the room was well-maintained. I had to check-out early due to a family emergency, so I stayed only 1 night instead of two. The host refused to make any accommodation or refund, which was disappointing.
