The Blue Diamond located in the gorgeous Sunflower Beach Resort in Port Aransas, is a beautiful Vernacular-style rental home for a family or group of friends of up to 12 people. The Blue Diamond offers a full view of the Gulf of Mexico, and beach access is within walking distance.

You'll enjoy the variety of amenities that come with a stay at The Blue Diamond, including furnished balconies on every floor and every room has its own balcony space, two fenced-in yards, a gas grill, and 2 laundry rooms complete with washer and dryer.

At 3,600 square feet, this getaway offers three stories of custom-furnished spaces, including four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, two half bathrooms, two kitchen areas, and wrap-around balconies.

The first floor was designed to host a view of the dunes in a picturesque light. When you enter, there is a first-floor laundry for ease of use. Then enter the social room, complete with a bar, ice machine, smart TV, and entry to the large back deck. There is also a half bath across from the bar.

There are two bedrooms on the first floor, one being a bunk room, with a full bed, trundle bed, and 2 bunks, so sleeping for 6 with an ensuite bath with tub. The queen guest room on the first floor offers the most comfortable mattress with a lavender topper, designer shades and bedding, a large walk-in shower, and double sinks. It also has its own private balcony.

The Blue Diamond's living room, located on the second floor, is designed in an open space concept with living, dining, and kitchen with a 10' island. The kitchen is a gourmet dream kitchen with Jenn Air appliances, including a 48' stove with double ovens, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, wine fridge, and a Scotsman ice machine. The dining room table has room for 10 people, and there are 4 more seats at the kitchen island. A half bath is available on this floor, as well as a bohemian-styled 2nd master, with a queen bed, massage chair, and ensuite bath, it also has its own Juliette balcony to enjoy your morning coffee. The home is designed as a smart home with motorized shades on all floors. There is also a large laundry room with a washer and dryer along the hall.

Located on the third floor, the master bedroom and wet room bath is a beautiful Barcelona-inspired, quiet space for your evening retreat. This room is outfitted with a split King sleep number king bed, with a lavender topper, a wall-mounted Smart tablet to control lights and blinds, a Smart TV, and even a coffee bar with Nespresso machine, hot tea kettle, and mini fridge.

Before you start your day of adventures, make an espresso in the Nespresso coffee machine and watch the sunrise from your private balcony. This bedroom is connected to a full bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, a quartz-topped double vanity, and a custom black stone soaking tub.
