About the Space - This charming condo offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle, allowing you to unwind, recharge, and create lasting memories with your loved ones. This tastefully decorated and fully furnished condo has two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. It comfortably accommodates up to four guests ( however, there is an air mattress and couches if you want to sleep up to 6), making it ideal for families, couples, or friends seeking a retreat on the shores of the River. Step out on the Private balcony overlooking the marina, where you can savor your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine as the sun sets on the horizon.

As a guest, you can park your boat or personal watercraft overnight in the marina. ( There are special requirements for this, so let me know when you book that you intend to use this feature.) Take a refreshing dip in the outdoor heated swimming pool year-round and soak up the sun on poolside loungers. Soothe those sore muscles in the Hot Tub after a day of hiking or boating. Enjoy a game of pool in the clubhouse or get out of the sun for a few minutes and cool off in the clubhouse. The Clubhouse is in the swimming pool area.

Things to do - Our condo offers easy access to a plethora of outdoor activities. Just steps away from your doorstep, enjoy fishing, boating, or kayaking on the Colorado River. Embark on scenic hiking trails nearby and explore the beauty of the surrounding nature.

For golfers, there are several top-notch golf courses within a short drive.

Laughlin, Nevada, is a short 15-minute drive. Laughlin has a laid-back atmosphere offering casinos, live entertainment, and dining experiences. One of the most iconic experiences in Laughlin is the Riverwalk, a charming pathway that winds along the riverbank and connects many of the area's hotels, casinos, and attractions.

Take a 25-minute drive to beautiful Lake Mohave. nestled amidst the stunning landscapes of the American Southwest, Lake Mohave stands as a captivating oasis where natural beauty and recreational excitement converge.

There are many restaurants and a grocery store nearby.

Nearby Oatman, a ghost town, is known for its rich history and quirky resident donkeys. These friendly donkeys roam the streets freely. ( The Mayor is a Donkey named Walter).




During peak months, parking for boats and trailers can be a bit challenging, as spots are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and are limited in size.

Although the condo complex is situated along the river, this unit faces the highway side. The bedrooms may experience some highway noise.

The garage is located beneath the unit, with a short flight of 15 stairs leading up to the entrance. Once inside, the unit is all on one level. Please note that there is another unit above yours.

All guests are required to complete the guest registration form within 24 hours of booking and before their stay.

To ensure a smooth experience during your stay, please reach out at least 72 hours in advance if you're planning to use the overnight marina/ramp or park trailers. I’m happy to provide you with all the details regarding HOA rules, guest registration, and any insurance or registration requirements.


You will be sent a code on the day of your stay at check-in time that will allow you access to the gate, garage, and door. It is set up for self-check-in.
