Two-in-One Villa

Enjoy breathtaking views of the golf course and rainforest from the villa’s cross-ventilated layout, designed to complement the tropical scenery. Conveniently located in Wyndham Resort’s Cluster II, guests can enjoy exclusive access to a private pool area with a gazebo, perfect for gatherings, as well as the Rio Mar Residents' Beach Club.
The Space
This property features two villas with separate entrances, providing privacy and comfort. The one-bedroom apartment accommodates up to four guests. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, a full bathroom, a Smart TV, internet access, and streaming options via Apple TV and Roku.
The main living room is furnished with a sofa featuring three twin-size beds, perfect for additional guests, and offers wireless internet, enabling you to stream your favorite content from Netflix, Amazon, or other apps directly from your smartphone or tablet. Both rooms are equipped with individual air conditioning units for personalized comfort.
The villa also boasts a fully equipped kitchen, a bar area, a cozy dining nook, and a laundry closet with a washer and dryer, making it ideal for a relaxing and convenient stay.

Second-Floor Villa
This spacious studio apartment on the second floor offers a comfortable and functional layout, ideal for up to six guests. The main area features a queen bed and two twin beds, while the mezzanine provides an additional sleeping space with two twin beds. A washer and dryer combo is included for added convenience.
The villa boasts its own fully equipped kitchen and a cozy dining area, perfect for preparing and enjoying meals. Fresh linens and towels are provided to ensure a pleasant stay.
Overlooking the scenic golf course and tranquil lakes, the villa provides a picturesque setting. Guests are welcome to enjoy some hotel's amenities like golf, tennis, restaurants, and the casino. While the hotel pool area is exclusive to hotel guests, you will have access to the private Cluster II pool.
Your Stay at Cluster 2
During your time in Cluster 2, you’ll enjoy access to the Cluster pool and jacuzzi, as well as two reserved parking spaces. You’ll also have open access to the resort and the beach. The Residents' Beach Club provides convenient amenities, including a snack bar, beach chairs, showers, restrooms, and direct beach access. Please note that the Beach Club pool is exclusively for owners and club members only.
The hotel welcomes the public to indulge in its restaurants, bars, and casino. However, please note that access to the hotel pool is reserved exclusively for hotel guests. Nearby, the tennis and golf clubs offer fantastic recreational opportunities, with reservations available for both.

These include four villas at the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Resort and one property outside the resort. The Villas and Community
The villas are located in a secure, gated community with HOA rules, ensuring a tranquil and well-maintained environment. Both properties feature Smart Locks, and you will receive your access code a few days in advance or the day before. Cluster 2 is a Mediterranean-style condominium situated within the Wyndham Resort, offering:

The designated parking spaces for our villa are 5-C and 5-F. Additionally, the beach is within walking distance, making it easy to enjoy the sun and a relaxing beach walk.
