NUEVO 2 dormitorios y 2 baños con 2 camas de matrimonio en cada habitación, además de un futón en la sala de estar. Plazas 11.
Justo en la playa y en el edificio más cercano al Hotel. 2 minutos a pie del hotel (restaurantes, bares, casino, tiendas, helados, tiendas, alquiler de esquís Jet ...)
Comprado en noviembre de 2013 y se propiedad increíble, renovado ella, abrió sus puertas la cocina, compraron todos los muebles nuevos, cocina y ropa de cama, toallas, etc.
NOTA:
Hay un montón de gente 'phishing' en las cuentas de los propietarios y possing como nosotros, tomando su dinero y de desaparecer. Para evitar esto por favor llámeme para hacer reservas.

We had an amazing time! The rooms were perfect for our group of 4 ladies. Having 4 separate beds is hard to find and this VRBO worked out great. The kitchen had everything we needed and the Air conditioning worked well. My friends in the back bedroom mentioned the shower water pressure was tricky in their bathroom and the tubs weren't draining well. I think this could be fixed pretty easily once the owners are aware. Don't let these 2 things deter you. The beach chairs, large cooler, and beach umbrella were very helpful for the day we went to "Balneario La Monserrate Luquillo Beach". We HIGHLY recommend a day a Luquillo Beach. The hot tub at night was soooo relaxing. We'd definitely stay here again.

Adventure in Puerto Rico

We loved our stay at this lovely condo. The beach and pools are very accessible. Beach chairs and sand toys provided. All amenities of home to make quick meals and easy access to explore the activities on the east side of the island. Owner was very responsive with communication and answering questions.

Amazing vacation

Our family ( my daughter, granddaughter , my husband and myself) found this condo to be a great fit. The location is wonderful with easy access to pools and beach. The condo was very clean and well appointed. We did have a few issues upon arriving and they were taken care of immediately…I am very impressed! We would have loved a map of the grounds…It was a little hard to navigate upon arriving. Once we were here, the access to all the restaurants and grounds were amazing. Highlights were zip lining for our 13 yr old and the boat trip snorkeling to Icacos. Great fun. Thank you for making this a memorable trip!! Lisa and Bob

Perfect Family Beach Vacation

Loved the location, the grounds, the property, with good access to activities within a short driving distance (snorkeling excursions from Ceiba, bioluminescent bay kayaking in Fajardo, ATV riding and hiking in El Yunque Rainforest, great food at Luquillo Beach Kiosks, etc…). Short drive to the bottom of the hill everyday for breakfast at Rico Pan Bakery. The infinity pool was wonderful, with access to walk right onto the beach. The rooms were great—plenty of space and privacy for 4 adults & 2 older teens. Nice extras—washer & dryer, plenty of beach towels, boogie boards, and beach chairs. Perfect stay for our family of 6!

Misleading

The listing is extremely misleading. The pictures are very old. This place is not new or updated. The appliances do not work. There is water damage on walls and ceiling. The only living space is hot even though it lists 2 common areas, there is only 1. There are power surges and outrages daily. Please use caution with this listing. VRBO has tried to contact host and owner and they have ghosted them

Wonderful Stay

My group had a WONDERFUL stay. The view is perfect! A few floors from the pool and beach makes it so convenient to grab lunch and a drink from the room and head back out. You are able to grab food from the hotel restaurants as well, which is an easy walk! Ubers are challenging to get, but the hotel can get you car!

We had the best time! The location could not be better. Amazing views from the villa, and the beds were comfy. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels, and everything we needed. The beach and pools were wonderful, very clean and uncrowded. We had a great meal at Iguana’s, and the pizza at Roots to Go was good. Off property I recommend Degree 18 juice bar, and the Puertorican Bakery across the highway was quite good. Rio Grande is an easy drive from San Juan, and also well located for El Yunque, Loquillo and Fajardo.

Our Trip 2020

Property was in a great location. The area around the property was phenomenal. We had some minor problems with the place itself. We alerted the property manager the day before we left about the them. Honestly, this was just to forewarn him so that the next guests coming in would not have the same results. I think he may have been under the impression that we were looking for some type of financial restitution. He gave some petty excuses and seemed to be harried, so we told him to ensure the owner(s) was/were made aware of the deficiencies. Not sure it should be classified as luxury though as the place needed some upgrades and clearly - a better housekeeping staff.

Beautiful, great location

Perfect for relaxing in Rio Grande!

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa was perfect for me and 3 of my girlfriends to enjoy our weekend getaway to Rio Grande, Puerto Rico. The kitchen was nicely equipped. The bedrooms were tasteful and the beds were especially comfortable! The bathrooms were clean and adequate. My only complaint was there was no vent in the bathroom, so it became warm very quickly. The pools were clean and available 24 hours. They were beautifully lit at night and made night-swimming a pleasure. I would recommend Ocean Villas and this particular unit to anyone looking for cost-effective, spacious accommodations outside the hotel. By the way, the hotel is a short walk, and has all the amenities one would expect.

ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!

OUR FAMILY OF 6 STAYED IN THIS LOVELY 2 BEDROOM, SPACIOUS CONDO OVERLOOKING THE POOL AND OCEAN. THE OWNER, DIANA, WAS VERY HELPFUL AND QUICK TO RESPOND TO ANY QUESTIONS THAT WE HAD! THE CONDO HAS LITERALLY EVERYTHING YOU NEED, FROM DISHES, PANS, SALT AND PEPPER, ETC. THE DECOR AND FURNITURE WAS ALL VERY NICE AND WE LOVED THE DECKS! WE RENTED A CAR FROM AIRPORT, SINCE IT IS ABOUT A 25 MINUTE DRIVE AND WE DID SOME OTHER SITE SEEING AND SHOPPING TOO. EL YUNQUE RAIN FOREST WAS AWESOME AND SO WAS OUR TRIP TO SAN JUAN! THE BEACH AND POOL AT THIS RESOR WERE SO BEAUTIFUL AND CLEAN. IT WAS REALLY NICE THAT WE ARE LITERALLY A BLOCK FROM THE WYNDHAM RESORT. WE WALKED OVERT THERE ABOUT 4 TIMES AND ATE AT THEIR DELICIOUS RESTAURANTS. WE WOULD DEFINITELY GO BACK AND WOULD STAY IN THIS SAME CONDO! OUR ONLY DOWNFALL WAS THE WEATHER WAS A BIT RAINY AND VERY WINDY, WHICH I GUESS AT THIS TIME OF THE YEAR(WE STAYED MARCH 4-11, 2017) IS NOT NORMAL. BUT WE MADE DUE AND DID GET ENOUGH SUN!! WE WOULD H IGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CONDO AND PUERTO RICO!!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! This is the Best area to stay, The Best Beach Resort Resort, it is less than 10 min from the rainforest. The Resort has 2 18 hole golf courses, a great tennis center, Spa and a Margaritaville Bar & Grill on the Beach. This villas are the closest to the hotel, literally next to it.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Closest to the hotel!! No need to rent a golf cart since everything is walking distance. Unless you wnat the golf cart to drive around for fun. Beach view from everywhere including the Open Kitchen. Unlike other villas it has 2 queen size beds in each bedroom.
