The Space:

Delight in beautiful lake views at Hidden Dunes Villa 32! This 3 bedroom 3 Bath 1st floor Villa is perfect for your family retreat.

There is a king bed in the master bedroom with an En-suite bathroom along with a door to the patio. Upon entering there is a full bathroom and guest room with two twin beds and full over top bunk. The second guest room offers a king bed and En-suite bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking preferences to savor a nice meal. There is a full-size washer and dryer. Enjoy the open space living area and large covered porch overlooking the pristine lake. The Emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico and private beach is a short four minute stroll away!



There is a private outdoor storage closet to provide added convenience during your stay with a selection of chairs, a wagon, and a boogie board, all available for your use.



Hidden Dunes offers six tennis courts with a Rubico Clay surface, which is the highest standard for clay tennis courts. The courts are maintained daily in order to provide the best playing conditions. Proper tennis attire is required to play. We recommend calling ahead to schedule a match or take advantage of the clinics and private lessons. Please call to inquire about cost per session and equipment rental prices.

No more driving long distances to find a beach without available parking. This Gulf-front resort with a dedicated beach walkover offers more private beach access per unit than any location in the area.



Relax around our neighborhood pools, and enjoy the beautiful emerald waters and dunes speckled with tall palm trees and natural vegetation. Each of our hot tubs is available for guests to unwind after a great day of tennis, or pickle ball, or a long day of walking the shoreline. Other amenities include a seasonally heated villa pool, natural gas grills, lighted basketball court, horseshoe pits, playground, on-site real estate sales and rental office, wireless internet, balcony, deck/patio, complimentary tram service (seasonal), 24-hour gated security, complimentary parking, and no resort fee. In addition, Hidden Dunes Resort recently added an electric vehicle charging station for owner and guest use.



Guests are provided an initial welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
