You will find Lincoln Park to be accessible to loop and many attractions in the city while being very neighborhood oriented. A short walk to DePaul University, Lincoln Park Zoo, Lincoln Park Conservatory, many great restaurants (including Alinea, the only Michelin Three-Star restaurant in Chicago), bars, and music venues.

Less than a mile and a half to the Lake where you can bike, run, or walk the lakefront trail, or spend the day at North Avenue Beach. Also convenient to the Theater District on Halsted, Belmont & Diversey Harbors, and Wrigley Field. Rental bikes just a block away.

EARLY CHECK-IN: Due to our high number of turnovers, we cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please read and understand the cancellation policy prior to booking. This policy is firm, and we will be upheld in the event of a cancellation. We recommend purchasing travel insurance if you have concerns that you may need to cancel your reservation for any reason.

PET POLICY: We only allow dogs; no cats. This is non-negotiable.
-Check-in time is 4:00pm.
-Check-out time is 11:00am.
-No smoking indoors. $250 fee will be charged to guest after departure if evidence of smoking cigarettes or marijuana indoors is detected.
-Please keep all exterior doors shut when air-conditioning or heat is running.
-We are pet friendly. However, we only accept dogs.
-Do not let your dogs leave the property unless they are on a leash.
-Please place trash in trash bins located next to garage.
-Please clean dog waste in the yard. There is a dog waste shovel and scoop at the bottom of stairs.
-Please keep exterior door to home closed at all times to prevent bugs entering home.
-Please place dirty dishes in dishwasher and run upon departure.
-Place all dirty linens in basket marked "Linens".
-Please place HVAC on 68 in winter months and 72 in summer months upon departure.
-Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.
-Owner is not responsible for articles left in the premises.
-Guest(s) shall leave the property in neat and undamaged condition.
-No loud music after 10:00pm.
-Lost keys or lockout will result in a $100.00 trip charge.
-Respect thy home and neighbors.
