This property offered a great way for my family to make many great memories together. We smiled, talked trash while competing against each other in games, and shared thousands of laughs. We enjoyed the game room and made the best of our stay with quality family time

definitely could’ve / should’ve been better as advertised and for the nightly rate. Some of the games did not work, hot tub does not get warm at all and the kitchen sink leaks. No compensation or discount from host for ammenties not working as advertised

The overall house looks like it was so cool about 5 years ago. But the house has been neglected and no maintenance or repairs done. All of the former complaints and reports of damage still exist. The whole house on the outside looked like it was wrapped in spider webs with so many large spiders every where. If the repots were made this place would be so great. Check-in was easy and the neighborhood was nice, but the house itself was very disappointing. It was not properly cleaned, there was hair and dirt left in the bathroom, heavy dust behind furniture, dirty stove burners, and even roaches. The house was also poorly stocked, with only one fork, no dish towels, no washcloths, no pot holders, and very few bath towels for the whole house.Several amenities were unusable. Many arcade games didn’t work, the air hockey table had broken lights with exposed wires, and basement outlets were hanging out of the walls. Wall tiles in the movie room fell off during our stay, and the hot tub never heated up. To make things worse, there is a camera pointed directly at the hot tub, which felt invasive.We left the property cleaner than we found it and took date-stamped photos at checkout. Despite this, the host accused us of damaging the projector screen and filed a 1,500 insurance claim, even after I provided photos showing it was intact when we left. She dismissed the evidence and stopped communicating.Overall, while the location and check-in were fine, the lack of cleanliness, safety hazards, broken amenities, poor stocking, and the host’s dishonest handling of the insurance claim made this a very negative experience. I would not recommend this rental.

We arrived around midnight. The door lock was acting up and homeowners helped us get in. Home was spacious, no blankets and only a few towels (4) for 6 of us. Internet was not working at all, during any of our stay which included the tvs and no outdoor trash can was available.

I would like to start off by saying this property has sooo much potential. However, when we arrived the house was 86 degrees inside. Way too hot for the Georgia heat and humidity. The house was absolutely filthy! There is no way anyone has thoroughly cleaned that house in a long time. The floors were beyond dirty. From dirt to globs of hair, we had to sweep and mop ourselves before being able to relax after a 8 hr drive to the property. One of the bathrooms had a balled up towel behind the door that was visibly dirty and there was pee in the toilet. GROSS!!!! The kitchen has pots and pans that had food and grease left in them. The burners on the stove had old food debris in them. Under the couch cushions there was dirt and food crumbs. It had not been vacuumed clearly. The hot tub never got hot so we were not able to use it. It took hours to figure out why the wifi did not work with the password we were given. It turned out to be the router was unplugged. There are lights in the house that did not work and tv's that did not have remotes. There was mary jane particles on one of the side tables in the bedroom. The host was contacted and had nothing but excuses for the way this home was presented. She refused to give refunds for the filth also. We could not use the grill due to how dirty it was! We had planned on having a good family BBQ while there but that did not happen! There is a gym in the garage that you do not have access to. This was the worst experience I have had!

Disappointed

The home was not well maintained with multiple broken games, broken air hockey table, poll sticks did not even have tips on them to utilize for pool table, broken ceiling fan with concern for risk of electrical fire in one of the bedrooms. Home door lock malfunctioned daily causing us to contact the host to allow us to enter the home, host was thankfully prompt with assistance but the home was not at all as advertised.

It looked clean and nice but then roaches came out of nowhere. I contacted the host and they mentioned how they had an exterminator come out not too long ago and they would send another out. No one ever came. I lost my wallet in the house and ants were really bad as well. No garbage to throw your garbage out ots just all bad. I honestly wish i can get somewhat of a refund.

It was okay. The air wasn't working very good the first night and quit working the second, took co-host three hours to get us fans for the night. It could have been cleaner. We checked out two days early due to this and not even a discount for the heat! Game room was fun, especially with the kids!

Und wieder könnten wir sechs Sterne ****** vergeben für eine tolle, helle und moderne Ferienwohnung mit einem super Blick aufs Meer. Die Wohnung ist klimatisiert. Am Abend sitzt man mit einem Glas Wein auf dem Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer, toll. Die Vermieter sind wie Familie und haben uns " gepampert " und uns ein rundum Wohlfühlpaket geboten. Das Meer ist nicht sehr tief, geht max. bis zum Oberkörper und der Strand ist schön. Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal dort und sind 2026 wieder da. Vielen Dank an Miriam, Konstantin und Michael.

Overall experience

Me and my family enjoyed our stay only thing I wish was different was me being able to use the jacuzzi. It wasn’t working and going into the movie theater was a little creepy but overall we enjoyed it there.

This place is a joke

Roaches, (I have the videos) games only 1/2 of them work. Stuff left from the last renters. When i contacted the property manager. They said its because i left the door open a few times!! Loading and unloading
