This place has it all....lots of space, great community area, spacious kitchens and bedrooms, assigned parking, 5 toilets, 4 bedrooms, huge tv, beach toys and chairs, great balcony, nice sized pool, ice maker, a huge refrigerator, great beach!! We were super impressed!! My only complaint would be more key fobs for our party of 12. Two was hard sometimes to coordinate. We would totally stay here again.

A Real Treasure!

Our family of 12 had a wonderful week enjoying this beautiful condo. My only suggestions would be to provide the renters with 4 elevator keys as 2 for 12 people created a HUGE inconvenience. And every other unit we talked to were provided with 4 elevator and door keys. Everything else was perfect! We highly recommend as long as 4 keys are provided.

Multi-Family Beach Vacation

This property lived up to its expectations and served our 3 families of 7 people wonderfully. All the bedrooms are spacious w/ their own TV, bath and balcony for privacy. Beds were just right firmness. The common kitchen and living area is well furnished and very comfortable. The entrances are fully secured with the use of key fobs to get around the building and on/off the beach. Our only recommendations are to 1) upgrade the quality of bath towels...they are small and thin and 2) consider adding a couple spare rolls of toilet paper...what is provided for a week with a full house won’t cut it.

Oceania 6 - 2024

What a wonderful condo! This is the most well-stocked condo we have ever stayed in. There is nothing in the kitchen that you will need. Lots of plates, dishes and utensils. It would have been nice to have one or two more access cards. When you have a large group some want to come and go at different times to the beach. Only having two cards did pose a problem sometimes.

Disappointing maintenance and uninvited pest control

Property was just as advertised but called maintenance on a ice machine that did not work and slow running toilets. They never showed up. Also, a pest control person came in the morning unannounced to spray. He got into the property and then asked if anyone was home. In addition, one of the back bedrooms stays hotter than all the rest. We paid a lot of money to rent this property and you would expect not to have these problems.

Please know that our maintenance team prioritizes the most critical work orders first and then works their way to non-emergency items. However, we understand how important these concerns were to you and will be addressing this with our team to improve communication and response times. Regarding pest control, the HOA schedules these visits, and if we are notified in advance, we always make every effort to inform our guests right away. We will be following up with the HOA to help prevent any unannounced visits in the future. We also appreciate your note about the bedroom temperature and will have it looked into. Your feedback is truly valued, and we hope to provide you with a much better experience on your next stay.

The property was amazing, more than enough room, very clean. We had some glitches with a bad electrical outlet impairing the large TV in great room, we notified property rental and they responded timely. Streaming services were available on all other TV’s, just couldn’t get basic cable.

Lovely stay

The condo was beautiful and so functional. We had 12 adults and an infant and had so much space. Location was perfect and the beach never seemed too crowded. We had a few issues with the dishwasher and sink leaking but the property manager handled them. Can’t wait to come back.

Possible one of the best places we have ever rented. Fully stocked and the attention to detail was way above expectations. Best location. Will stay here again.

2021 FAMILY VACATION

This please is amazing and huge. Our whole family went and we all still had plenty of privacy. AC was great we could all control our own air. The view was breath taking. We will definitely rent this place again. I would love to meet the owners. They made beautiful picture out of their original photographs. I loved all the special touches.

Great Condo!

We loved staying in this condo! Perfect for our family of 11. Bedrooms on one side helped with privacy in the mornings when the younger children were up early. Would definitely stay again!

The Condo was well equipped and furnished well.

I was pleased with the condo, the view was excellent but I was disappointed to open drawers in master suite to find hair in them. The kitchen floor did not look like it had been scrubbed. The rest of the Condo was great and the security people were and added plus. Both ladies were a delight.
