Welcome to Sunset Shores--a spacious NEWLY REMODELED luxury condo in Lagoon Tower with approximately 1,800 sq ft of space to enjoy. Lagoon Tower has only two units per floor, 32 total for a quiet, less hectic experience.

WEST BEACH is the perfect location to be close to all the great Gulf Shores dining and fun activities (3 miles to The Hangout), yet quiet enough to enjoy a relaxing family friendly vacation in the sun.

PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS for Lagoon Tower guests is located just across the (non-busy) street, a mere 100 steps away. We provide six chairs, two boogie boards, plenty of beach towels and toys for your use.

LITTLE LAGOON - enjoy fishing off the dock for red snapper or sea trout (fish cleaning station located on dock too) or swim, kayak or paddle board on the shallow, calm waters of Little Lagoon.

POOL/GYM - our building offers both indoor & outdoor pools, a hot tub and gym for your use. Indoor pool is heated (outdoor pool is not).

Great Vacation Getaway

This place is better than advertised. We loved the location, space and the short walk to the beach. It will definitely be on our list for our next trip to Gulf Shores!

Location! Everything you need!

Literally perfect location just across the street from the beach access. Beautiful views from the balcony and all windows! Jennifer was very helpful with communication. The place is beautiful, clean, great furniture, bedding etc. Nice soft towels! Literally everything you would need to cook at home. Having nice beach chairs available (not the thin flimsy ones) was a huge plus! Bring your own cooler, beach tent & folding cart & you’ll be set for a great beach vacation.

Family wedding

We enjoyed staying at this lovely 3 bedroom condo for a family wedding. The condo was very clean and bright with fabulous bay views. We had easy checkin and checkout process and we definitely plan on coming back for another vacation 😊 highly recommend!

Unfortunately, upkeep and bed issues caused our rating on the unit to fall. The Master bed is incredibly high. I had to use a step ladder to get onto it, and my 5'11" hubby struggled at times as well; the bed was also quite hard and uncomfortable. A blow dryer was broken, body wash, shampoo and conditioner bottles were not filled, clothes were left from previous guests (socks and sweatshirt), the stocking of bathroom and kitchen cupboards was haphazard, and random food particles were found (i.e., popcorn under couch and Frootloops in silverware drawer).

Awesome Stay in Gulf Shores!

The property was just as described. It was very clean, spacious and accommodating for a group of 8. The view was wonderful from the rear balcony and there was easy access to the beach. Loved it! I would recommend it to anyone visiting the Gulf Shores area.

Wonderful Stay in Gulf Shores

Property is as described in the listing. We had great communication with owner who provided us all the information we needed along the way. Great views from the balcony of the sunset every evening. The Kids 2 and 5 loved hanging out there when not at the beach. Very easy close walk to the semi-private beach area. Quiet location away from the main strip, we had no issues at all with noise in the building or from our neighbors everyone respected quiet hours. Quick and easy setup with smart TV's throughout made a couple of rain afternoons easy to just relax and watch a movie. Nice basic equipment provided by the property for going to the beach with towels, wake boards, chairs, that sort of thing. Would certainly rent again.

Perfect family getaway for our 3 kids (3 bathrooms was a lifesaver). Feels brand new and has a lot of extras most VRBOs don’t have (from upgraded beds and bedding to plenty of kitchenware and beach gear). We enjoyed the incredible views morning and evening. Super easy access to beach and pool. Friendly condo staff/security with lots to do around town. Highly recommend for your family vacation!

Beautiful view

Beautiful condo, clean and had everything we needed. View was awesome and deck was very spacious. Never had to wait for the elevator and beach access was right across the street. Close to everything but in a quiet area which we loved!! Beds were comfortable. The only issue I would say is if you have the shades open it gets warm in the condo bedrooms but other than that we would definitely stay there again!!!

Quiet & Perfect

I loved everything about this condo unit. It was well stocked with everything we needed. The view was amazing and I watched the sun set and rise from the balcony every single day. The building is smaller with not a ton of units so it was secure and quiet. The host was easy an quick to communicate with us and made us feel welcome. I will definitely be staying again in the future.

Perfect!

We loved our stay at this place! It’s very clean, spacious, quiet and nicely appointed. It’s just like the pictures. There are stunning views from every room - some of the lagoon and some of both the lagoon and the ocean. It’s in a great area not too far from town but far enough to be quiet and low traffic. The ocean is amazing. The lagoon is great. We enjoyed walking on the beach and on the street when it was too windy. We had a picnic on the dock and waded in the lagoon. The hot tub and pools were great. The balcony is large and usually shaded. There are quite a few good restaurants nearby. We tried Zeke’s, CoastAL, Food craft, Nonna‘s pizza, and a few others. They were all great. The owner thought of everything we might need in the unit. And communication with her was very easy.

Perfect Vacation Place!

We (me, my husband, our adult daughter, and two teenage sons) chose this rental specifically for its location, somewhat away from the more populated condos and with easy access to both the lagoon and the gulf. Besides the perfect location, the space itself is well-stocked, clean, bright, and accommodating. We loved the kitchen space and enjoyed many meals as a family on the balcony. Another bonus was the many beach toys, chairs, and beach towels stocked for our use. My boys also benefited from the after-sun aloe lotions which they needed after day 1 in the sun. Since this condo is less populated than others, the pool was never too crowded and we were often the only ones enjoying it in between visits to the beach! The beach is a very short walk across the parking lot and street (even shorter than those big condos right on the beach with super long boardwalks to the waves). We never even spent money on chair rentals since they were provided by our hosts, and absolutely loved the white sands, waves, and successful shell-hunting adventures. We had plans to explore more of the town and its many restaurants, but we loved the place so much, we only ate out once and chose to visit the ice cream shops instead. If you're indecisive about where to stay in Gulf Shores, just go for it and book this one! You won't be disappointed.

Gulf Shores is a 'small town with a big beach.' We love that friendly, small town casual vibe and the beautiful white, sandy beaches. Sunset Shores is located in West Beach, only a few miles from all the action, but quiet enough to feel a more relaxed, slower (family friendly) pace.
