This Home is located at the top of only 14 floors. It encases the entire 14th floor for total privacy. 4 bedrooms enjoy their own private bathroom. The 5th bedroom has 4 bunk beds as well as a sectional couch for its own private space, located behind a sound-proof wall of glass on the upper level of the penthouse. Huge living area for the entire group to gather for fun, food, and games as they watch the beautiful wave from the massive windows overlooking the balcony!

Our stay at Penthouse with Bunk Room was wonderful! The check-in process was simple and easy. The location was convenient to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Communication with the host was easy and timely. The views are spectacular! Especially the sunsets from the balcony! The kitchen was well supplied and the coffee bar very nice. The bunk-room was a favorite of the kids, but I’m sure adults would enjoy it as well. What a beautiful place. We would come back on our next trip to Gulf Shores!

Great rental unit for our large family group.

Room size and accommodations were great. Kids loft bunk beds were the best! The Oceania pool and hot tub could use some updating. There were no grilling utensils that we could find. The views were outstanding.

Beautiful beach front condo

This was exactly what we were looking for, for a family vacation. We had many kids and adults and plenty of space to spread out. The view was amazing!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The penthouse was beautiful with very comfortable beds and furniture. The view was wonderful. It was close to many great restaurants. The owner stayed in contact with is, making sure we had everthing we needed.

Our 50th wedding anniversary

We took our 3 sons, 3 daughter in laws, and 5 grandkids for a great, fun filled 8 days. The condo is beautiful and it nice and big for all of us. Would love to come back someday

Excellent location and a beautiful property

This is the second time we have stayed here. The property itself is beautiful and the location is great. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. My family and I love to sit out and watch the sun rise and set. The owners are very responsive if there is anything wrong. Would highly recommend this location.

Big Family Vacay!

This place is amazing! We had 19 in our group from 2 year olds to 58 years. 5 families. The rooms are large and all have bathrooms. The bunk room was so great for the kids. Every room has a view. The only thing that was a little tricky was we only had 5 key cards to get in and out. Sometimes that was hard because we were all going different places at times.

Totally Awesome Condo

This condo was even better than the pictures show. It is absolutely beautiful. There were 13 in our party ranging in age from 8 years old to 67 years old, we had plenty of space and had a wonderful time. Great location too. My only complaint would be to have more balcony furniture, not enough for everyone to sit and enjoy the Gulf breeze! Would defiantly stay here again.

Awesome Stay

Great place once we got checked in. Very roomy. Kids had a great time playing ping pong. Excellent views! Pelicans would fly right passed the windows. Only suggestions I have is for an additional washer/dryer and shower upstairs. Great vacation. We had 19 that easily fit in this condo.

Unbelievable views from multiple balconies. Great layout for families with active children. Ping pong table was big bonus. Paddles could stand to be replaced. Looking at multiple schedules to try and book return stay.

Condo that Exceeded Expectations!

As majority of other reviews have stated, this condo exceeded our expectations and looks just as good if not better than the photos! We celebrated our grandparents 60th wedding anniversary and had a large group with us. The condo fit our group perfectly with enough room to mingle and spend time together. There was even an added surprise of a ping pong table in the condo that was great fun. Overall 10/10!

Beautiful penthouse with spectacular views!

Our family visited Gulf Shores for a family reunion and stayed at Oceania in the PH and Unit 7. Both properties are amazing, offering tons of space and gorgeous views from literally every room. The penthouse has a great bunk room on the second floor balcony with a separate seating area. This is a great area for older kids to have their own space. And speaking of kids - they have a ping pong table, too! The unit is nicely furnished with enough living room seating for your large group. The pool is indoor/outdoor and was never crowded during our May stay. This unit allows you to be on the beach and also walking distance to all that is happening downtown. Definitely recommend!

Awesome Condo on Disappointing Property

The condo was awesome in everyway and exceeded our expectations. This is a premier condo for large groups that will be memorable for all who stay. The owner is very easy to work with. The only surprises you will have concerning the condo will be positive ones. Unfortunately the property itself is disappointing. Ground level is nothing more than a parking lot and that is small . There is no real lobby and the pool/pool area is tiny. There is only one beach shower that can create delays leaving the beach. The property uses a key card extensively. Key cards are needed to enter a tiny lobby, the elevator, and the room. They are needed to enter and exit the pool area. They are needed to enter and exit the beach. For our group of 17 this was a source of frustration. A key code where every member of the party has it would be a much better system. A do recommend this property but just know you are getting a premier condo on a disappointing property.

Beautiful, roomy, and convenient

My family travels to gulf shores every year for Labor Day. We have stayed on several floors at Oceania, but this was the most lovely stay. The decor is so beautiful! The kids had a wonderful time in the bunkhouse. My mom has had a rough year including a long hospital stay. We were able to bring all the medical equipment she needed. The beach access at Oceania is perfect for anyone with mobility issues. The young man who met us at the property to show us around was so kind and helpful. We hope to stay here again and again!

50th anniversary celebration with family

The overall e experience was wonderful. The suite was beautiful and very comfortable. I would recommend an on-site brochure listing instructions on thermostat operation, location of trash chute, local restaurant recommendations, etc.

We had an awesome vacation at Oceania! The condo is beautiful and very spacious. The view of the gulf from the huge windows was spectacular! Jessica was a wonderful host. She was very helpful and attentive. When I informed her that one of the tub drains was draining slowly, she contacted someone who promptly fixed the problem. We were 4 generations of family, and everyone had a wonderful vacation! Thank you, Jessica for helping to make our family vacation special!

Pictures don't do it justice - they are good, but being there is unreal

This is a spectacular property and when you are physically there you just cant believe how nice it is. The inside of the property has every detail upgraded and from the balcony you have a view better than the people who are parasailing (without the anxiety of being dragged behind a boat in a parachute with holes in it...lol). The main picture of the property is from the upstairs bunk room, but it is hard to see just how big this place is, it really is incredible. We ate in a lot and had the nicest view in gulf shores. Every room has a view and there is a place to sit to enjoy the view. Be ready for your expectations to be exceeded.... even if you have high expectations. The owner of the property has thought of everything and they are proactive in their outreach. The only thing you will be disappointed in is not having more time to enjoy it. It really is special.
