Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accomodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience.

Welcome to your temporary home! The stunning exterior will be enough to convince you that you’ve made a great choice. The front of the home exudes charm with the brick exterior, lots of trees, a water fountain, large lawn, and gorgeous landscaping. Feel free to park your cars under the carport to keep them in the shade and away from any rain.

The living area is a standout with vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows, lending a bright and airy atmosphere. Stand in the middle of the living area and you can get great views on both sides — the water fountain in the spacious front yard or the sparkling pool in your backyard. The room is luxurious yet cozy, accented with the classy sofas, rug, and décor. Plus, you’ll love cozying up by the beautiful fireplace. A more casual hangout spot is the second living area on the upper floor that comes equipped with cushy furniture and a foosball table. And a sweet extra this home offers is your very own movie room with comfy sectional sofa and movie posters decorating the walls!

The kitchen has lots of counterspace, beautiful tiles, and stainless-steel appliances. It comes fully equipped with everything you might need whether you’re preparing your own fresh meals or just enjoying some delicious local takeout. Have your meals in the cute breakfast area looking out into the backyard or your whole group can have their food together around the table in the beautifully decorated dining room.

You’ll have 5 spacious bedrooms available, all furnished with cozy high-end furniture, lavish linens, and beautiful décor. You’ll also have 4.5 bathrooms so no one will have to fight over bathroom time. They are all soothing with neutral finishes and nicely remodeled with gorgeous counters, huge walk-in showers, and double vanities.

You will love the outdoor spaces this home offers. There’s a cozy balcony with great seating and a relaxing swing egg chair. It’s a great spot to start or end your day. The backyard has a covered patio area and an outdoor dining area if you want to enjoy your meals while enjoying the weather.

The Neighborhood:
Your vacation home is located in Jersey Village, a small city in the Houston–Sugar Land–Baytown metropolitan area. You’ll be just 23 minutes to downtown Houston and 20 minutes to George Bush Intercontinental Airport. You’ll have no problem finding attractions that will appeal to every member of your group.

There are many great spots where you can soak in nature. Jersey Lake and Clark W Henry Park are both only 2 minutes away. Mandolin Gardens Park is 12 minutes away and is an 11-acre oasis, featuring 2 miles of trails, overlooks, and beautiful landscaping and architecture that includes amazing water features.

If you’re looking to do some shopping, The Galleria shopping mall is 18 minutes away. And downtown Houston offers many exciting attractions, including Houston Downtown Aquarium and Houston Grand Opera. The Museum of American Architecture and Decorative Arts allows visitors to take a step back in time as they learn about the social history and culture of people settling in Texas from 1830 to 1930.

Finally, the Space Center is 45 minutes away and is a must-see. Discover the promising future and extraordinary past of America’s human spaceflight program set among more than 400 space artifacts, including flown spacecraft and the largest collection of moon rocks on public display.

Getting Around:
If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot if driving is something you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7.

★ SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED ★

We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.

You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $29 up to $69, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.

If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.

Please note: The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by house rule violations.

To help ensure a safe and seamless experience for all guests, guest verification is required prior to confirming your reservation. This simple step is part of our commitment to providing a secure, smooth, and personalized stay for every guest.

★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a comfortable stay for you and your four-legged companions.

★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★

We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.

★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS ★

Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.

★ PARKING ★

Vehicles shall be parked on the driveway only. The city does not permit vehicles parked on the street and this has been actively being enforced. Any vehicles on the street will get a ticket.

★ FIREPLACE NOTE ★

Our fireplace is gas operated. Please only use this fireplace if you are familiar with how to use it properly and be aware that you are doing so at your own risk. Please DO NOT leave it unattended at any time. Thank you kindly.

★ TOWELS NOTE ★

Please note, we offer plenty of body towels for your use but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like.

★ NO STREET PARKING ★

No street parking allowed due to City Parking Regulations. The maximum cars allowed are 2 cars in the covered parking and 4 cars in the uncovered parking.

★ ENTERTAINMENT★

All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Guests are welcome to login with personal accounts.

★ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING ★

Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
