My friend and I stayed here before I took her to the airport to take care of a stressful life event. The sauna, spa bath, and binge in the movie theater had her boarding the plane with a genuine smile. Treat yourself to stay here. You'll be glad you did.

Cozy and a nice mix of rustic and modern

We enjoyed our stay. So close to Tukwilla International Station for bus and light rail transportation! We took the light rail twice.We enjoyed the jacuzzi and the sauna. Lovely Devore and a great place to crash.

Great stay

We only met Moe but he was a great host. The place is clean and cozy. There’s a sauna, hot tub, and beautiful large bath. It’s 4 blocks from the light rail. Great place with easy access to downtown Seattle

I stayed by myself for work and it was a really great place to stay. The overall neighborhood was really quiet. It was close to everything I wanted to do! The host was really nice and always said hi when they were around. And the stay itself had everything you needed that a home would. I’d say the only downfall was you could hear the host walking around upstairs throughout the morning and night. Other than that it was a great stay.

The driveway was sketch I'm like did I get bamboozled. LOL!! Opened the door to the place and it was top tier. The host was amazing also don't judge a book by the cover because you can hot tub until 1am and it wasn't loud being in a basement either. I am definitely booking again and the Yurk he has in the back was next level.

Close to everything, great amenities.

We really enjoyed our stay close to everything. We were tired from a long road trip. We relaxed watching a movie on the big screen. Enjoyed take out delivery the next day, easy access to shopping and airport. We will book this VRBO again, thank you.

Excellent and pleasant stay

Had a lovely stay at this place. Everything was as described although the hottub was more open that I thought (but was reassured we were the only ones staying on the property, so it still ended up being private). The hosts were fantastic about communication, responding in moments to any questions about how to work things, what was needed etc. When they realized they didn't have kids utensils they bought and delivered some within a few hours! They also helped us with anything else we needed and were very sweet with our kids when they saw them. Location is a bit far but the movie theater was fun, the spa bath incredible, the hot tub always ready for use and would absolutely recommend and stay here again!

Had a great stay!

The place had everything we needed and then some. So many amenities, we couldn’t even use them all! Hot tub, Sauna, move theatre room, popcorn machine, coffee machine (drip and keurig) full kitchen, soaker tub, board games, etc etc. Perfectly accommodated my family of 5. Thank you!

Great accommodations! Friendly host.

The property was hidden from the street, but easy to find. Parking is a little complex getting in and out. The place was much cooler in person! The host allowed small accommodations, and offered generous amenities. The surrounding houses were also available to stay in. I did try the sauna! It did not disappoint. Overall, a comfortable place to stay. Will book again!

Great for the price!

We really like to here. I didn't read that it was a basement so that was kind of a surprise for me when I got here but explains why it was such a great deal as well. Parking was difficult. But the host was great at responding immediately when I asked where to park! We would stay here again!

Has good potential

The stay went super smoothly -- check in and out instructions were simple and the location is ideally suited, especially if you are flying. However, there were some issues we noted during our stay. The mattresses were not very comfortable, there was property damage, the wiring looked a little suspicious, there is definitely a mold or mildew problem in the bathroom, and it is more crowded than the pictures show. The dishwasher is not attached at all. The dryer "fix" is odd. There is broken furniture. The bathtub does not have a working stopper. Additionally, if you have sensitivity to scents, you will want to stay away. They use air fresheners a lot.

A hidden gem

This basement VRBO home lives up to the photographs posted by the host. My friends and I were impressed with the incredible amenities. Unfortunately we got in late so we couldn’t take advantage of the movie theater room or the sauna, but I loved the rain shower, the queen sized beds with comfy comforters, the laundry, and the “chef kitchen”. I appreciate the Keurig and seasonings available. The most important detail for me was to be close to the airport and it sure was with SEA-TAC being approximately 2-3 miles away! I would stay here again

One night of relaxation

The basement apartment was cute and very functional. I really enjoyed the spa tub and sauna. The theater room aspect was confusing because we weren't sure how to turn up the volume if there was a way, so we ended up just watching a movie on the regular tv. The kitchen was nice to cook in. Would have been nice to have one set of tongs to flip tortillas as we made tacos and using a fork to do so got hot. Speaking of hot; there was one large fan provided and a small one. It did get very warm and the small fan didn't do anything. Another large fan would have been appreciated. We unfortunately didn't get to check out the the hot tub because of lightning. The hosts did get back to us quickly when messaged and the beds were comfortable. Parking was easy. We would stay again.

Disappointing stay.

As we were leaving for my daughters 17th birthday celebration trip to Seattle we were notified by the host that there was a problem with the property we had booked and gave me 2 alternative options. I asked if they would have the same amenities which they responded yes. We picked one that looked to be similar and even though it did not offer a theater room we opted to go ahead and do that. We finished the drive to the property which I beleieve was around 3:30 to find no working sauna, a cold hot tub as well as another hot tub that was dirty gross and empty. I messaged the host to let them know we were dissatisfied with the property and after explaining why I was then ignored and they did not get back to me after that. They simply ignored me. Our stay was only one night and it was my daughters birthday celebration so we decided to make the most of it but we were all very disappointed with not only the property but the hosts as well.
