Pets: We are sorry! Pets are not allowed at this property. This recently remodeled Summit Beach Resort condominium is conveniently located on the 1st floor of this 15-story complex. Walk right out the back sliding glass door onto the gardens and pool deck. This well-maintained & updated ground floor unit is fully equipped with new kitchen, king bed in bedroom, 2 twin bunkbeds located in an alcove in the hallway and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests. This property is located on Thomas Drive. It is a great location with Hammerhead Fred's, Longboards, and Guadalajara Mexican Grill
Bedding configuration: 1 king, 2 twin, 1 queen sofa

The Summit has 3 large parking lots, tennis courts, basketball court, shuffleboard court, indoor gym, 4 pools, 3 hot tubs and dry saunas. Additionally, there is a gift shop/convenience store on-site, along with Bikini Bob's Restaurant & Bar and a poolside tiki bar.

NOT INCLUDED: A refundable security deposit of $200 (charged within 24 hours of your arrival date) and The Summit Owner's Association registration fee (paid upon arrival to the Summit Owner's Association in the lobby) is $27 and includes 1 parking pass & up to 5 property armbands. Extra parking pass $27. While we do our best to provide you with accurate, up-to-date information, The Summit Owner's Association reserves the right to change the registration fee at any time and without notice.

Great for the most part

The only bad thing I have to report is that the pool closed at 8 every night. I’ve stayed with the summit multiple times in the past and the pool has always stayed open later. One of our favorite things to do there is night swim and we couldn’t.

Nasty

Upon arrival the carpet in bedroom was nasty and wet. Back patio was unswept with smoked pot joints, sand and dirty clothes from previous guest.Dishwasher was still full of dishes.We could not cook a meal in the kitchen without keeping the fruitflies getting into our food coming out of the sink. Water leaking from plumbimg in kitchen sink floor was always wet. Couches and mattresses worn out.

Beach trip in October 2024

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My sons family and I stayed in unit 127 at the Summit for a week. The first night we discovered one of the blankets for the bunks beds was nasty so we were going to wash it but the washer button was broken. I reported it out of order on Monday and nobody ever came to fix it. There were 5 of us and I normally will sleep on the pull out sofa bed. The mattress on this sofa is not fit to sleep on. The springs are falling out of the frame and this mattress was so thin I could feel the springs on my body- I had to go purchase an inflatable mattress from Dicks sporting goods in order to get a good nights sleep. They should not advertise that this unit sleeps more than 4 until this mattress is replaced. The other amenities in the unit were fine.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great experience this year. it was our first time staying in the first floor so sad didn’t know how much we would like that, but we loved it. It was so convenient being able to walk straight out the balcony door and to the pool/beach. Not having to deal either the elevators at all especially on check out/ check in was by far the best part.

Pools closed early. Property has went down here since we stayed 10 years ago.

The condo was not only an ideal location on the first floor with an outdoor seating area, but inside included an updated kitchen and bathrooms. This was our second stay in room 127 and we can’t wait to visit again next year. I Highly recommend this condo!

Broken and dirty

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lights didn't work in bedroom. One of the toilets hadn't been cleaned and was brown inside bowl. Floor and counters were dirty. Utensils in kitchen sink when turned garbage disposal on. Footstool had sand on it. Filter on AC unit was completely stopped up. Patio was filthy with cigarette butter all over it. Carpet stained in bedroom.
