The condo is accessible through a gated front entry & has a doorman onsite from 7am - 3pm Monday to Saturday. This unit is located on the third floor, offering both elevator & stair access. Its bright interiors provide endless natural light, high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows & plenty of seating. The open-concept kitchen & living area extends out to a private terrace through sliding glass doors. Amenities include a water purification system, air fryer, blender, small George Foreman grill & in-unit washer.

Tastefully decorated throughout, this condo creates a home-away-from-home feel. Its two spacious bedrooms can comfortably accommodate 4 guests with ample storage. With two full bathrooms, guests in each room can enjoy the privacy of their own space. The loft television area is the perfect spot to enjoy some downtime out of the sun.

• 30% deposit on base rental rate due at time of booking + $99 USD admin fee & $45 USD Accidental Damage Insurance Fee
• 70% balance + tax due 60 days prior to arrival (full payment required for last minute stays)
• Funds paid are non-refundable, if required, you can move your dates without a change fee up to 30 days from arrival.
• Not available for purchase through our Company, we encourage travelers to secure travel insurance.
