Step into a beautifully decorated and equipped one bed one bath accessory dwelling unit conveniently located in Downtown Chandler. You will enjoy all the comforts of home while being steps away (3-5 min walk) from amazing restaurants and nightlife.

The property has its own private balcony and patio with a charcoal grill. New furniture, brend new king size bed and matrass (August 2025) and linens create a comfortable environment for your stay. The property is equipped with the comforts of home including in unit combo clothes washing machine with dryer, Kitchenette with dishwasher, disposal, countertop oven and two burner electric cooktop, there is Keurig coffee machine , additional Nespresso coffee machine and my coffee coffee maker. Highspeed WIFI with Dish TV service (Smart TV) for entertainment. Board games. Check in and relax or take a short walk to the downtown.

Calling all foodies and Beer Connoisseurs Downtown Chandler boasts 4 award winning breweries and many highly rated restaurants from casual pub fair to exquisite European fine dining. Just ask your host and they will be happy to provide recommendations.

If you love live music, Downtown Chandler will not disappoint. With multiple venues hosting local talented artists you can experience great entertainment 7 days a week. The property is also walking distance to the Chandler Center for the Arts.

If you are staying for a weekend or for a month, the property will be perfect for you. The house is in very close proximity to multiple golf courses, shopping and the 202 and 101 highways for easy access to other valley destinations.

IF cooking your own food is more your style, there is a small food market across the street and a Walmart located 2 miles away.

The area in which this VRBO is perfect for a weekend getaway. Amenties and creature comforts were all inside the place and it was so nice. Tim and Dijana were such a gracious hosts.

My wife and I spent 4 days recently at this VRBO while visiting my sister and her family. Was just what we needed. Very clean, well stocked, convenient location, quiet at night. The few times I needed to communicate with Tim he responded quickly. Will stay here the next time we come to town!

Amazing location! Just two blocks to downtown. Place was very clean. It doesn't have a full kitchen, but we made breakfast in most mornings & it was better stocked than most gourmet kitchens we have rented. We would definitely stay here again!

The host was very helpful and it was perfection located. Our dog loved to sit on the balcony and watch the neighborhood. There is also ab awesome dog friendly bar with table top games within a 5 min walk.

We arrived late and we were able to access the rental with ease. This property is beautiful, well decorated and very clean with all the comforts of home. The owners are very attentive, kind and helped us navigate our stay whether we stayed in for dinner and movies or wander out and about. We had everything we could need and more. Would stay her again without question.

Tim and Dijana are friendly hosts and made me feel very welcome. The location was just a few blocks from downtown breweries and eateries. I love to walk so the location was great. The unit had everything that I needed and more. Very clean, nice bathroom and bed linens and comfortable bed. The kitchen was well stocked and I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the evening. I felt safe here and I would recommend this unit and would definitely stay here again.

Great place and awesome hosts!

I went for a boring conference and so glad I decided to stay at this property and not the reccomended hotel. I loved the friendly hosts, decor, the comfy bed, and the great restaurants in walking distance. I would like to come stay there again for a vacation sometime soon and really explore the area with such a relaxing and fun place!

A great stay as always

My husband often travels to to the Gilbert/Chandler area for work and this little place has been the perfect place to call home. It's private, clean, cozy and has all the amenities one could ask for. Tim and Dijana are wonderful hosts.

Great little getaway!

Great place to stay! I atayed here for a couple weeks and i couldnt love it more. Right next to downtown chandler. Walking distance to cute little shops and restaurants. Definatley will be back!

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our stay here. Tim and Dijana do a great job with this property. It is very convenient to downtown Chandler and a fun area to go for morning walks. Everything you need is provided and the space is immaculate and very comfortable. You can tell the effort that is made to make sure you have a pleasant stay. We look forward to our next visit.

Ideal location

We have stayed in properties that are stripped of needed items. Not so here. This property was equipped with everything we would need and more. The owners clearly thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. The location was perfect for walking out to restaurants. Very comfortable apartment.
