Step into a beautifully decorated and equipped one bed one bath accessory dwelling unit conveniently located in Downtown Chandler. You will enjoy all the comforts of home while being steps away (3-5 min walk) from amazing restaurants and nightlife.

The property has its own private balcony and patio with a charcoal grill. New furniture, brend new king size bed and matrass (August 2025) and linens create a comfortable environment for your stay. The property is equipped with the comforts of home including in unit combo clothes washing machine with dryer, Kitchenette with dishwasher, disposal, countertop oven and two burner electric cooktop, there is Keurig coffee machine , additional Nespresso coffee machine and my coffee coffee maker. Highspeed WIFI with Dish TV service (Smart TV) for entertainment. Board games. Check in and relax or take a short walk to the downtown.

Calling all foodies and Beer Connoisseurs Downtown Chandler boasts 4 award winning breweries and many highly rated restaurants from casual pub fair to exquisite European fine dining. Just ask your host and they will be happy to provide recommendations.

If you love live music, Downtown Chandler will not disappoint. With multiple venues hosting local talented artists you can experience great entertainment 7 days a week. The property is also walking distance to the Chandler Center for the Arts.

If you are staying for a weekend or for a month, the property will be perfect for you. The house is in very close proximity to multiple golf courses, shopping and the 202 and 101 highways for easy access to other valley destinations.

IF cooking your own food is more your style, there is a small food market across the street and a Walmart located 2 miles away.

Great place and awesome hosts!

I went for a boring conference and so glad I decided to stay at this property and not the reccomended hotel. I loved the friendly hosts, decor, the comfy bed, and the great restaurants in walking distance. I would like to come stay there again for a vacation sometime soon and really explore the area with such a relaxing and fun place!

Ideal location

We have stayed in properties that are stripped of needed items. Not so here. This property was equipped with everything we would need and more. The owners clearly thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. The location was perfect for walking out to restaurants. Very comfortable apartment.

A great stay as always

My husband often travels to to the Gilbert/Chandler area for work and this little place has been the perfect place to call home. It's private, clean, cozy and has all the amenities one could ask for. Tim and Dijana are wonderful hosts.

Nice place to stay for a weekend getaway in Chandler. It is in walking distance to downtown where there is plenty of restaurants & nightlife.

Great little place

We had a very nice time in this unit. The instructions worked very well. Make sure you read the little book in the kitchen for things to do and check out activities. The only drawback was that we could hear music from one of the nearby clubs when we went to bed, but we had been so busy we still slept well. It was not enough to take off a star. Thank you for creating such a nice spot.

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our stay here. Tim and Dijana do a great job with this property. It is very convenient to downtown Chandler and a fun area to go for morning walks. Everything you need is provided and the space is immaculate and very comfortable. You can tell the effort that is made to make sure you have a pleasant stay. We look forward to our next visit.

2nd Visit

Excellent second visit! This cozy place was festively decorated for the holidays including lights strung on the balcony. The hosts have thought of every possible kitchen item you may need for your stay. I have to mention that the bed is one of the most comfortable beds and provided me two nights of sound sleep. Thank you for another wonderful stay…a great alternative to a hotel.

Perfect!

I needed a quick place to stay for a last-minute business trip before Thanksgiving. The place was very clean, really comfortable, nice furnishings, and a great layout. The snacks left on the coffee table were a godsend as I arrived very late. I am planning on 3-4 more trips to this area over the next few months, and hope to book my stay here. Tim was a great host by offering quick and helpful communication.

Great little getaway!

Great place to stay! I atayed here for a couple weeks and i couldnt love it more. Right next to downtown chandler. Walking distance to cute little shops and restaurants. Definatley will be back!

A true little gem!

This was such a tood find! I came across it right as it was put on vrbo and it did not dissappoint! Private entrance and little backyard patio, it even has a little private balcony overlooking Downtown Chandler that you can hear live music on a few nights a week. Every emenity you could possibly want and the hosts are so friendly and accomodating!! Like i said, a true gem among Downtown Chandler and i would recomend it 100%!
