Returning Vacationers

We will be booking this condo for next years vacation. It was spacious, clean, and perfect location to walk right onto the beach. However, picking up keys and dropping off keys from another location is a little frustrating, especially when dealing with traffic. A keypad or key lock on the door would be much better.

We are currently working with the property owner as well as the building HOA to possibly add a electronic lock. Fingers crossed that by the time you return we have a solution. We are pleased you enjoyed your stay.

Wonderful stay

The property was clean and as described. The kitchen had everything and more you would need to have a pleasant stay. Furnishings were nice and beds were very comfortable. Only thing is we wished we had keyless entry, but otherwise I would highly recommend this unit. Thanks for letting us share your home Oh also the little shelves by the bed were such a good idea. Everyone loved that for their phones, glasses,etc. Also outlets were underneath for charging.

AMAZING !!!!!!

Thank you so much for such a CLEAN and overall spacious condo for our family. Everything was CLEAN. The bedrooms were huge. The master stone bath, wow !!!!!! The beds were comfy. Only a few areas to adjust. The sliding door in the lock out bedroom was so tight, we could hardly open it. The kitchen could use some more 'stuff'. Overall we had an amazing time. Would highly recommend your condo.

We had to go a buy bug stray because of the bugs in the kitchen. The furniture is out dated, master bed room mattress needs replaced.

This was my 3rd time staying in the Kingston Plantation area and it was a great experience once again. We will be back! There were a couple of minor inconveniences with the condo, one of which was the refrigerator wasn't cooling properly but we contacted maintenance and they took care of it immediately. Overall I am very satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend!

Really Nice

I would definitely stay here again. Being on the 3rd floor was nice. We took the stairs. This building is older but still really nice. The sliding doors are all the same in every unit and they all need to be updated. The keys for this unit are old school. They were very tricky to use. I would recommend either getting better keys made or updating the locks. This was a GREAT experience overall. I would highly recommend this unit.

Fantastic condo in the perfect location

Our family vacationed here last week. My two college sons had their own rooms and bathrooms. The condo was so spacious and had everything we needed. It was very clean. We received a text early on the day of check-in that it was ready for us, way before check-in time. We couldn't be any happier with our stay and hope to return to the same place next year. The location is convenient for nearly everything. My only suggestion would be to offer a code to enter to avoid having to travel 10-15 minutes to pick up and return the key. Also, having some beach chairs/boogie boards would be super convenient as we only had room for one chair in our SUV. Definitely, not a deal breaker, as we still hope to return. Thanks to the owners and management group!

Overall Good

Overall the stay was good. We only had a few complaints. There were no fans. The main front door can be unlocked by just pulling on the door handle- even when it's been deadbolted- which was dangerous with our 2 year old running around. Thankfully we didnt have any incidents. You can hear the upstairs neighbors a lot. The last 2 days we were there you could hear them running, jumping, laughing, and even fighting at one point. And every single time they opened their balcony door- up until midnight. We have 4 children so i wasnt very happy about that but that's to be expected of apartment life. We loved that the beach was a super short walk, there was never any wait for elevators, and when i did have to contact maintenance they were on top of it and fixed the issue the very next morning. We enjoyed our stay.

There was even a beach chair in the closet this time that we took advantage of. The location is perfect. I highly recommend staying here.

Spacious condo for a family of 10-12.

Renting the place was very easy. We loved the location. Everything was really good except the sliding glass doors. Very hard to open and no handles. The condo was very clean and set up perfect for our family. The rooms were spacious.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the photos are better than real life. The owners do care about the look and feel and we appreciated it. We would have liked better furniture as some had stains on it. There are no ceiling fans so the ventilation is not great. I feel they can do some upgrades to help the accommodations. (The guest baths were renovated while the master is quite outdated and not functional if you are tall. Now for the cleaning crew- we arrived and there were no starter soaps, dish detergent etc. The dishes were still in the dishwasher which I assume was something they should have done. The sink in the guest bathroom was clogged. The a/c units were easily accessible and when looking in, there was a ton of mold on the padding and the filters hadn’t been changed in what looked like years. If you are ok with an older building, then this does the job for a quick getaway.

Breathtaking Views & Beautiful Home

Waking up to a beautiful sunrise from the deck after hearing the waves all night was a dream come true. The home was fully stocked for family meals, beds were very comfortable and having a washer & Dryer was awesome. The check in procedure was flawless and even though we arrived early we were updated as soon as unit was cleaned and available. The check out procedure was just as easy. The location was steps from the pool and the ocean. 100% recommend 🤩🤩

Spacious condo in great location

This condo was wonderful for our family of 5. Great views, fully stocked kitchen, and having 3 bathrooms was a plus. The beds were comfortable and the unit was well cleaned. The only drawback was that there was no beach gear, not even beach towels. We’ve rented several VRBO properties near/on beaches and all came with towels so I was surprised to have to buy some while vacationing.

The website does not state that the key pick up and drop off location is located 15 away from the property. Luckily the wonderful condo made up for this inconvenience. A keypad on the door or a lockbox on the property would really make the process streamlined.
