This fantastic, modern home is right across the street from the Chesapeake Bay Beaches and steps away from the Ocean View Fishing Pier.
We feature 4 Bedrooms and 1 1/2 Bathrooms. We have 3 Pillow Top Queen Mattresses and 2 Twins. This Cottage can easily sleep 10 in the beds and more if you would like to pile in with your own sleeping bags or air mattresses..
We are right off the interstate, have an above ground swimming pool and are pet friendly! We have a wonderful front and backyard that are both fenced in for both the children and the 4 legged friends!
This beautiful home was built in the early 1900's but has been modernized with central heat/air, granite counter tops and hardwood floors. We have a garage, parking pad and a long driveway that can easily handle 3 to 4 cars.
We have everything you need to have a wonderful vacation.
** PLEASE PAY ATTENTION - No Parties are allowed or tolerated. We live next door to this unit and will immediately cancel and evict anything resembling a party - No "Get Togethers" - No "Inviting a few friends" - No "Cookouts" - No "friends stopping by for a visit" - No "Wakes" - No "Funerals" - No "Birthday Parties"!!!!
All cancellations like this will include forfeiture of all payments and security deposits - NO EXCEPTIONS! **
Quiet hours begin at 9 PM.
This is a Family/Residential unit and area. No loud music or noise.
Please understand that we do our best to clean and maintain the swimming pool so that it is always ready and available for you and your family to enjoy. However, we do not charge extra for this amenity, and we do not provide an absolute guarantee that the pool is perfect and ready for you to use. Again, we will try our best, but please understand there is no refund provided in relation to the condition of the pool or the water in the pool.
Luckily for us, the Chesapeake Bay is right across the street and is usually ready and available for you.

This is perfect for those wanting to enjoy the beaches of the Chesapeake Bay and the wonderful fishing that can only be had on the new Ocean View Fishing Pier. We are directly across the street from the beaches and just steps away from the pier.

We have a fenced in yard - both front and back so that the little ones can run and play - including the 4 legged ones as we are pet friendly!
