This Vrbo is an hidden gem in an amazing location, right across the street from the beach! The unit was comfortably updated and was equipped with everything we needed for our mini vacay, including a fridge, microwave, and dishes. The TV was a nice size and there was free WiFi. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. My favorite part was the sliding double door that faced the beach, where we were able to see the beautiful sunrise. We were provided with a parking space behind the building. Our host was very helpful and responsive to questions. We will definitely be staying again!

This place definitely is for one person. It was clean, but smelt very damp. The parking was a nightmare unless you have a compact car. It is in walking distance to the downtown area, which made it very convenient.

Nice space

A great use of a small space with things thoughtfully designed. Close to north beach away from the strip but walkable to all the fun. Nice outside area to sit which we did each night.

The perfect spot!

So nice to be right near the beach, and walking distance of the cutest coffee shop. Only disappointment was the only other guests were in the room right next to us, the full trash cans right outside our door and plastic bottles filled with cigarettes on the porch .

A bit smaller than cozy

My spouse and I booked what ended up being the smaller unit, and it was small. A bit uncomfortable for two people, we had to leave some things in our car. It was clean when we arrived, seemed fairly newly renovated. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable. Location is just a little ways out from the strip which isn't a bad thing if you want some quiet time. Communication with the host was excellent. Next time we'll inquire about the size of the room before booking, it's difficult to estimate the size of an area online.

Doesn't face the beach and didnt know it allowed dogs,next room had a barking dog for hours ,theroom was very clean otherwise

The host is very prompt in his replies and information. My husband and I found the property easy to get to and access.The actual unit (#4) we were in had a small freezer as well as a mini fridge, so that was a bonus!You need to bring your own propane if you want to use the grill. We were not aware of that. We ended up taking one of the empty tanks and exchanging and decided to leave our full tank to gift to the next guests. :)We set up across the street on the beach about a 3 minute walk to the right and it was a great spot. It was a lovely weekend. The room was just enough space for 2 people who just wanted a quick weekend beach getaway.Would stay again!

Quiet, close to beach, clean and fast communication

Loved our stay. The space was perfect for our needs. Very clean. The cleaning staff were friendly and helpful with our questions. It was nice to be so close to the beach but not in a huge condo building. We didn't want to be in the middle of party central so it was perfect! Private parking was also a bonus. We had to change our dates last minute as it was going to rain for our whole trip and the owner responded quickly and was able to accommodate us. Saved our trip! Will definitely book again.

Everything you need!

The location of this unit is KEY. Parking was free and just behind the unit. The beach was directly across the street and made going to the beach extremely easy. Although the Unit was small, it packed a punch and had everything you would need for a nice stay. Communication was great and you honestly can’t beat the price for high season. It’s also very handicap “friendly” as my 89 year old mother was able to navigate this property easily. Thank you so much!
