Well Appointed Unit; Beautiful Beachfront Location

We were fortunate to spend two weeks in San Juan and this unit was the perfect location. Sev was an excellent host and easy to communicate with. Looking forward to returning in 2026!

Ideal location and apartment

Perfect oceanfront view, condo was clean, modern and owner responded quickly to our questions. Bed was comfortable and AC worked well. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay.

Very clean apartment. Just as photo depicts. Love the area. Beautiful residential beach. Will try to get this apartment again when I return. I love Puerto Rico! Definitely NOT a floating island of garbage

Marbella Condos in Isla Verde

Marbella Condo in Isla Verde, great property, have stayed in 3 diff. apts. some had more accessories then others, pretty clean, safe, backyard view the ocean, pool, eateries nearby, 7 minutes from airport. went this last time from 9/30 thru 10/5 and the isla had a block out the night of my bd...not the condo or Isla's fault but Luma needs to get it together, 3 hours with no power not fun...but overall owner was responsive, we enjoyed our stay. Will definitely come back.

Great place to stay

This is our second time staying at this location. First time in this condo. Very clean, safe, and right on the beach! Pics and description are very accurate. There are beach chairs/umbrella rentals for $20 a day (for 2 chairs) right outside the condo! We will stay here again if/when we return!

Everything was great, within walking distance of a lot of restaurants, great view, very secure, easy access to the beach right down stairs of the condo, Sev was very responsive if you have questions.

Beautiful location

First visit to PR and couldnt have picked a better location. Condo was roomy and very nice. Sev was very helpful when we had trouble with entering condo ( our incompetence not his).

Excellent Vacation

We always love our vacations in Isla Verde and our stay this year was no different. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo at Marbella del Caribe. The view, the warm clear water, the walks on the beach, and the food in walkable restaurants make this an ideal place to relax. Sev & Fab are wonderful hosts and were very quick to respond to any question that arose. Hope to stay again next year.

Nice condo, nice view and location!! However, the only suggestion is to put extra paper towels, toilet paper and add coffee filters.

Amazing view of beautiful water

I am giving this property 5 stars simply because of the view and the quick responses from the host. There were some pros and cons about the stay, but the pros outweigh the cons and some of the cons have to do with the property itself. The biggest pro was the view of the ocean. We had plenty of room for the two of us in the condo which had good blankets and plenty of pillows for us. The beach was great and the umbrella and chair rentals right on the beach in front were very reasonably priced. Walking distance to many little shops and restaurants. And the table and chairs on the balcony is a very cute touch. The cons: make sure you have tv subscriptions that you can log in to, no cable tv. I would also suggest adding a deadbolt inside the door so that at night as an added feeling of security you can lock it from the inside. I get its a gated community and they are trying to be safe but the exit and entrance to the beach area is a little annoying, especially when you have chairs or bulky things. Overall the condo was on the beach and that is what we were looking for, the view is the most important feature to us when we travel. I would stay again because the pros outweighed the tiny cons of our trip.

Great Honeymoon

There was an unforeseen circumstance at check in that Sev quickly and amicably resolved. We enjoyed the beach, make sure you bring $20 to the beach for the famous rum and sherbet pineapple drink, it was enough for two. The beach side was paradise the street side was busy with lots of restaurants. No car needed, We would go back, great Honeymoon!!

Beautiful Condo, View and Location

This was a beautiful, updated and comfortable condo with a breathtaking unobstructed view of the ocean! Stores like CVS and Walgreens as well as restaurants are close by either by walking or uber. We had a very nice time and hope to be back next year. Thank you Sev for the goodies and prompt communication!

Nice stay

We booked this because it was right on the beach. We went in late February so we were able to keep windows open to listen to the ocean. The condo was just like it posted on the website which was great, and also had everything you needed for a beach day avaliable to use. I would say our only downside was trouble with the clicker that lets you in the gated property. Our host was super responsive though about the issue and told us who to contact to get it fixed. We got it fixed on our last day since we were so busy, luckily the security on the property was incredibly helpful letting us in every time we came back. If we were to go back, I would try and book here again.

Winter getaway Feb 2024

We just returned from a 3 week stay. The condo was wonderful for a couple. It had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Updated kitchen & bath. The view from the balcony was awesome and of course the weather was wonderful. The owner was quick to handle any issues & questions we had. Can’t wait to go back

Awesome stay! Location was just what we were looking for. Condo was clean and well equipped. Included were some small snacks which were a pleasant surprise. Properly manager/owner was very helpful and obliging with early arrival. Very much appreciated.

Best vacation!

Excellent location! The views are amazing! The condo was stocked with all the essentials. It’s in close proximity to the airport and short drives to all the attractions we visited. We loved it so much we stayed an extra day! Sev was great with communication and made check-in a breeze! We will definitely be visiting again!

Great Stay on the Beach

Sev was very responsive and clear when it came to checking in. He also responded very quickly to any questions and was very helpful. Great location in close proximity to the beach, as well as great food all around the apartment complex. Air conditioning was good, the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. Amazing view from the deck and the ocean water was a perfect temperature. we spent hours in there! Highly recommend staying here.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The neighborhood of Isla Verde is very near to the airport making it an easy taxi or Uber ride. The beach is Crecent shaped and about 1.5 miles long with soft sand. The neighborhood is very tourist friendly, and English is widely spoken. You can stay at the condo and travel from there to nearby destinations for day trips returning back to relax on the balcony or venture out for some night life.

The building of Marbella WEST is uniquely situated very close to the beach compared to other buildings, no bar, restaurant or street noise is heard. Only the sound of the waves crashing on the beach.
