The location is incredible and the community has endless opportunities for fun. The kayaks were the absolute highlight of our trip! The house was ready upon arrival and communication was helpful. The common areas of the home are well maintained and ample. The lack of closable bedroom doors was disappointing and awkward as we had no privacy or noise control. The guest bedroom needs a bit of work to be up to typically rental unit standards. The lack of hot water was disappointing.

Tropical Paradise with all Amenities!

Perfect location, beautifully decorated in a idyllic setting. The property was very clean, everything we needed was there. We brought our 2 young kids, and everyone really enjoyed their stay. Will definitely book again when we come back to the Keys! Thank you for making our Spring Break a success and for the beautiful memories we made there!

Great stay!

Nice place, everything really good inside. Very noisy AC from the neighbour unit when sitting outside, but we didn’t mind too much. Pool was perfect. Everything easy. Will recommend! Jan André, Vibeke, Jasper and Levi

Overall pleasant, if you don’t mind cold showers

The property was clean. The bed was comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The igniter on the grill did not work. When we finally got it started, it was so gummed up that flames shot up a foot until all the gunk burned off. We had the same issue with the oven. Something spilled in the bottom burned, flames again, and smoked up the room. The water heater was not working consistently. We had lukewarm showers on good days. Management finally came out after three days. It did not seem they took us seriously. They discovered we were not just being histrionic and the water heater was in fact in need of repair, but could not get it done during our stay.
