Welcome to our island hideway located in beautiful Merritt Island. Our 3 bedroom 2 bath pool home is just minutes from Cocoa Beach and located in the middle of everything. Perfect for a fun filled family vacation whether you choose to go to the beach, take a cruise, watch a launch, explore one of our many theme parks or just want to hang and chillaxx by the pool. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this beautiful pool home. Includes 1 king bed, 1 queen, 1 full, 2 twin, 1 futon

A great place to stay after a few days at Disney World. We work remotely and really appreciated the comfortable work setup. The patio was relaxing and the pool was refreshing. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Conveniently located to Disney, Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach and fabulous beaches, this little gem has it all. My wife and I stayed for four days and we loved the new gourmet kitchen and the pool/spa combo. The host was gracious and responsive to our needs. We plan on staying again and highly recommend that anyone with plans to travel to any of the mentioned attractions do so as well. On top of it all, the price is more than reason for everything that you get.

Home away from home on the space Coast

This was the perfect family-friendly spot. The host thoughtfully provided towels and beach supplies and pool toys making the stay even more memorable. 14 minutes from the beach or shopping/dining in Cocoa village, 20 from NASA visitor center. (The chickens are skiddish, but fun to watch) The pool area is a serene oasis, perfect for morning coffee. Kudos to our host for maintaining it so beautifully. Thank you for a memorable visit.

The room with the full bed was uncomfortable. It had wood slats under the mattress and the TV didn’t work. Besides that the stay was pretty good.

Quick overnight getaway

We can for the pool, and we were not disappointed! The lakes where we live are still chilly, so we were excited to get into the heated pool. We couldn’t figure out how to operate the heated Hot tub portion. The communication with the owner was top notch. She was there to answer our questions in a timely manner, and we enjoyed the pool area all night. The house itself was exactly as advertised. We can’t wait for our next stay!

Good but not great!

First, communication with the owner was fantastic. Booking was easy, check-in/check-out procedures were clearly communication and my questions were answered right away. The house had clearly just undergone some updating and remodeling. The contractor's trailer still occupied the driveway. It appears that they needed a few more days to complete the punch list. There was still masking tape around vents (for painting) and several areas of masking tape were on the wall marking defects or places where pictures should have been. The pictures that were hung on the walls were crooked and the closet shelves in the master really need to be adjusted. Many of the kitchen drawers had wood shavings and sawdust from installation, the toe-kick under the dishwasher is in the way and prevents the dishwasher from opening. The living room ceiling fan/light didn't work, and the housing was loose, exposing wires. The kitchen appliances are new and the layout of the living area is great. The floors appear new and there's even a robot vacuum to allow you to keep up some daily dirt. Overall, it was fine. The location was pretty good for where we needed to be. There are some really nice homes in this neighborhood and a few that are really rough. There are a couple of houses that are boarded up, just a street over. Once the work is finished and the contractor removes the trailer, cleans up the paint cans, and works through the last details, this house could be really nice.
