Welcome to "King's Quarters" - The whole group has room in this spacious, downtown stay located in the heart of Lexington's cityscape. This space is close to activities in the downtown area with a wide variety of restaurants and shops that are just a short drive away. It's just a walking distance from Transylvania University, a 5-minute drive from the University of Kentucky, and a 15-minute drive from Keeneland & the Bluegrass Airport. Enjoy your visit to the city at this lovely urban stay!

Great place and great location! Visited for a wedding at The Apiary and could have walked if there wasn't a foot of snow and ice! Close to Pasta Garage!

We had a great stay and this was perfect for our family who was attending our son’s wedding downtown. The location was great and all the bedrooms accommodated our family well. We also appreciated the coffee was well stocked! Only wish the fireplace would have been working as it was cold and snowing the week we were there and the fireplace drafted cold air into the living room.

Host was very responsive. House and amenities were fine. The mattresses were very uncomfortable making sleep almost impossible for the majority of our party. The neighborhood was undesirable. Broken windows in house across the street. Didn't appear safe!

Great Stay

Our group was in town visiting a longtime friend that moved out to Lexington. It was perfect distance from them as well as food activities. Hosts were extremely responsive & wonderful with communication. Would definitely stay here again!

7 senior citizens ( old college pals) had a wonderful stay. The place was perfect for our group.

Great house in Lexington

It was a perfect size with all the amenities we needed. Downtown and coffee shops were in walking distance. The hosts were communicative but also let us enjoy our trip. I would stay again.

Perfect space and location

Our family of five loved this space. The bedrooms and living spaces were spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect and walking distance from fun coffee shops, food, and fun.

Property wasn't as clean as we hoped. Carpets need a cleaning badly as well as restretched in some rooms.Ice maker was functioning but broken up, refrigerator could have been wiped down better, pillowcases didn't match the size of pillows(standard on a king, pillow cover used instead of pillow case), wifi was on but signal was so poor we couldn't get laptops of phones to connect.Towels could have been changed, they were a bit tired.Ran very low on TP of our 4 day stay.

Girls trip

We enjoyed our stay at this property so much on our girls trip! There was plenty of living space for us and the bedrooms were very spacious. The property was exceptionally clean and they provided plenty of extra blankets for the living rooms and bedrooms. We were able to walk downtown in about 15 minutes to our dinner reservations. The hosts were in contact with us on the app right at check in and available throughout the entire stay. They really went above and beyond when I left something in the house and returned it to me quickly. I will definitely be staying at the property again the next time in Lexington!

EXCELLENT stay! Great location!

We were in Kentucky for a family wedding. Eight of us total and the house was big enough for us all to spread out without tripping over each other! The bedrooms were spacious with great beds. We loved relaxing in front of the fireplace each evening while watching television. They had a great list of nearby trips - including several restaurants that we within walking distance. The list also included gluten free options which was especially helpful. The location made it super easy to get around Lexington. Even when KY was playing basketball and we had to drive right past the stadium. If we are even in Lexington again, this will be the first place I check for availability!
