Applewood experience with a pool and spa
Bring family & friends, share the experience in this warm & inviting 3 bedroom, 2 bath, pool home. Comfy furnishings & décor invite you in, the big screen TV with cable, internet & ROKU help you feel right at home, take in the big game or kick back & watch your favorite movie. Enjoy the view of the lake & mountains from the resort style back yard. Splash around in the pool with the baja shelf, enjoy the spa, or lounge around on the patio & put the steaks on the built-in BBQ grill.
The space
Great view of the lake and mountains. The home is elevated increasing the view and privacy. There is a king bed in master with good size closet and walk in shower in bathroom. The guest room has a queen bed and the 2nd guest room has a bunk bed with a full size mattress on the bottom and a twin on the top. And for that extra guest, there is a futon in the guest room.
There are TV's in the main living area, master bedroom and the 2nd guest room.
The home has all the standard kitchen appliances and several small kitchen appliances such as coffee maker, toaster, crock pot and many others.
Cable and internet are provided.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house and 2 spaces in the garage.
Other things to note
There is a solar pool heater on the roof that in winter increases the temp by 5-7 degrees, not needed in the summer. Spa heated by propane, guest responsible for propane usage/refill.
The home is slightly elevated to increase the view of the lake. The driveway is fairly long and has an incline but is accessible for boats and trailer access.

Utilities are capped on stays 30 days or more. Ask host for details

Before moving to Havasu in 2015, I was a manager with the phone company in Southern California. Havasu has always been my "retirement" destination, we have been coming to Havasu since 1978, we have a lot of changes and growth during that time.
My family loves to go boating on this beautiful lake going south to Havasu Springs or find a quiet beach or cove and hang out all day or we take jet skis up river to the pirates cove and explore the shoreline along the way.
