A perfect place to come home to after a day out on the lake! Bring your boats or RV and park it in our 65' deep x 20' x 16' tall, air-conditioned garage with 220amp before taking it out on the water. Home also offers a two car/truck garage as well. When you're done with the lake water, enjoy the outdoor pool that can be heated to the perfect temp and enjoy patio misters as well as yard foggers. Home offers a smoker/grill as well as a Blackstone flat top to help keep the kitchen mess to a minimum. All bedrooms offer smart tv's for those lazy moments. Enjoy making this your home away from home!

We had a very nice stay. We paid for the pool to be heated and enjoyed it. The only complaint was the 2nd bedroom bed was reported by our family guest mattress was horrible. Every time one partner moved it was like a trampoline for the other partner. We however did not choose to switch from the master as our bed was comfortable enough,

We have stayed at this property twice now and loved both times. Our family has high standards and expectations so we obviously loved this place or we would not have come back. This home was clean, had everything we needed, the communication was great, and even after a little bump the owner went out of his way to make it right! I would 100% recommend this place.

Comfortable and Clean

We traveled to Havasu to vacation on the lake and play on the water. This home checks all the boxes. It’s comfortable, clean, stocked with amenities, plenty of space, and the pool was an exceptional bonus. The garage was an added bonus as well with storage space for our boat and trailer. Our communication with the owner was great. The location is a safe neighborhood off the main drags. Our family had an awesome trip and we definitely plan to return!

Perfect House!

Stayed in this beautiful home over Memorial Day weekend with my family. So many awesome features with this house. We loved that there were two master bedrooms! The third bedroom has queen sized bunks. It's tough to find rentals in Havasu with more than 2 bathrooms. I loved the layout of the house, the Great Room is set up in a way that makes it enjoyable to gather and visit. The kitchen is well appointed, we cooked a big dinner one night and it had everything we needed. The garage is incredible! We had to replace the bunks on our boat trailer and there was plenty of room to pull in the truck and trailer while we did that. We had over half of the carpet left so we left it for the next folks that need to take on this chore! The homeowner & property manager were quick to respond to any questions we had. We look forward to coming back again ASAP!

Amazing -Well stocked-Clean House- RV Garage!

We stayed the week for desert storm with our family and another family. The house has a great layout and was very very clean. It was well stocked and included 2 BBQ’s ready to use. The RV garage is something we require when looking for houses. This house did not disappoint with its huge pull in RV bay that was deep enough for our Ram 3500 and 26 foot boat hooked up! Lots of room to spare! On top of that it’s climate controlled with easy to operate mini splits. The beds were very comfortable and were very spacious. The appliances were new and included the latest tech. It’s nice to show up to a property with high expectations and have them exceeded. Thank you! We can’t wait to come back.

This owner got it right !

We visit Lake Havasu regularly, prior to our stay at this property not one VRBO property measured up…this one hit the mark and beyond ! Very well stocked with everything you could possibly need during your stay. Its decor is as shown, clean and organized and in excellent condition. Owner(Rob) & manager (Heather)were exceptional to work with, a real pleasure. This was the most pleasant visit to the lake to date. We look forward to staying here on a regular basis, just cannot say enough good things about this property and our entire experience.

Rob and Holly's Beautiful Lake Havasu City Home

This is the second time my family and I have stayed in this beautiful home while on a boating vacation in Lake Havasu City. During our first stay it was obvious why Rob and Holly are Premier Hosts. Their home is gorgeous and is stocked with every imaginable amenity necessary for a comfortable relaxing vacation home away from home. Boat owners (like myself) are spoiled with the air conditioned RV garage. Anyone who has cleaned their boat or packed in the Arizona summer heat can appreciate that! Check in and check out was a breeze. All appliances are modern and operate correctly. It was again an overall pleasure and joy to stay in Rob and Holly's home. Thank you both.

Even better than how it pictures online

This house is amazing and we enjoyed our 4 month stay. The pictures do show how beautiful the property is and it is just like being at home, or at least it was for us. The owners (Rob and Holly) and the manager (Heather) were awesome to work with. The location was great as it was close to the London Bridge area and the downtown area. I would definitely stay again if we find our way back to Lake Havasu again. Thanks to you all for being so responsive to questions!

This house was amazing. It’s well equipped with everything you will need on your vacation. AC was awesome and the pool was just right for the kids. The black stone grill made breakfast and dinner a breeze. If you are looking for a home to enjoy well on vacation I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

HAVASU FAMILY VACATION

Our family has been vacationing at Lake Havasu for several years. We have always rented a condo on the channel, although this trip we needed more space because of the size of our group. We were initially concerned about not being on the water and how that would change the feel and logistics of our vacation. Those concerns were quickly put to rest with our experience at this rental. The house is beautiful, clean, has plenty of amenities, and is well-stocked with supplies. You quickly understand why Rob is a Premier Host! Check-in was quick and easy. Heather (our contact) and Rob reached out to us prior to our arrival to go over check in and answer any questions we had. I was very impressed with Heather. I contacted her a few times during our stay, each time she responded immediately, was helpful, polite and professional. The kitchen is new, modern, and well stocked. We also enjoyed cooking on the Blackstone grill. It was especially helpful cooking for a large group. The pool and other amenities were all great. One of the things I appreciated most was how well the house was stocked with supplies. Thank you for having extra trash bags, sponges, cleaning supplies, etc... For boaters, the crème de la crème of the house is the oversized air-conditioned RV garage! It was a luxury being able to park my 28’ boat and truck (attached), in the garage to load and unload in a lighted air-conditioned garage out of the sweltering heat. WOW!

We are from Phoenix and like the quick getaway to the lake house. When our home is open, we enjoy going to the lake as well, so we set the home up for those weekend getaways.

We choose this home because it is in a nice quite neighborhood and close to the golf course, Riveria boat ramp, and all the restaurants. Basically, we are 5-10 minutes from everything.
