Impeccable 3 bedroom/1 bath ranch home located on the north shore of Oneida Lake. The lake is visible from most rooms of the home. Driftwood gray cabinets, laminate flooring, stainless steel appliances and washer/dryer on premises. Gas powered fireplace makes this home ideal for year round occupancy. Whether you want to stay in the peak summer season, or enjoy fall foliage or ice fish, this property has it all. New stampcrete patio with firepit and gas grill will make for a summer night to remember. Enjoy the Cleveland House across the street for fine food and music, or take a short drive to Sylvan Beach, Harpoon Eddies, The Lakehouse or Pancake House. Come make some memories at our lovely remodeled lake house we call Camp Whataview! Please note there are 3 external security cameras on premises for your safety. One near garage door facing the driveway one on the gable end of the garage facing the road and one on the corner of the house facing the lake. These cameras are not permitted to be disabled as they are tied to our modem, heating and cooling systems. Thanks!

Great vacation property!

This is our second time staying here and we had a blast! Beautiful view of the lake, we swam, kayaked and just chilled by the water. Very clean and host is extremely responsive. Highly recommend!

Beautiful stay

We loved watching the sunset at night down at the dock and sitting on the back patio in the mornings. We really loved the location and the cleanliness of the house. We had a great stay!

Absolutely loved our stay at the lake house! The location was peaceful and picturesque, with stunning views of the water right from the porch. The house itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We enjoyed fishing from the dock during the day and sitting by the firepit in the evenings. It was the perfect spot to unwind. Can’t wait to come back!

Property was great and well stocked with everything you could need. Wish we had more time to enjoy the house, view and lake, but we rented for graduation weekend and were busy with other festivities so weren’t able to enjoy that great view as much as we would have liked too!

Amazing views and Hospitality

Tracy is an amazing host, the house has everything you need for your stay. It has an amazing view of Oneida Lake and it’s a calm and quiet surroundings. We truly enjoyed our stay here and will be back in the future

Great rental for family vacation.

House was very clean, with great views of the lake!! Good location, quick ride to sylvan beach. Kayaks, dock, patio with grill and firepit was also very nice to have. Will definitely be coming back!!

What a view is right! It was beautiful. We did bring a pop up canopy for shade.It was very peaceful. The kids enjoyed the fishing and kayaking and the eagles were incredible to watch. The Cleveland House down the street was a great spot to enjoy a beverage and listen to the music from the gazebo across the street. Our family really enjoyed our stay. Tracy is a great host and very accommodating. We are looking forward to a return visit soon

The location and house are great! Only down side to the property is a rock wall that is between the house and lake that makes it harder to access in the winter. Overall, extremely clean inside and I will definitely be coming back!

Nice vacation home on the lake

After a couple initial communication and listing "glitches," our stay overall was favorable. The house is updated and modern. The property and outdoor area was spacious yet private. However it was very hot and the patio lacked shade (IE: not even an umbrella for the table). It is a nice vacation house with easy access to the lake from the back yard.

Winter at the laje

Beautiful up to date home. Very clean and comfortable. Snowed while here so didn’t do anything outside. Had everything we needed. Enjoyed walking across the street to the Cleveland House resturant, though small was very good food and drinks. would love to come again. Host was very accommodating.
