About this space
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Home is located in the historic district of Lewes, convenient to miles of bike trails, and under a mile to downtown shopping and town beach. The home has been completely renovated in 2021. Open concept first floor will give you a space to reconnect with friends and family. Enjoy meals out on the cozy and private patio and then close out the night chatting by the fire pit. 3 private bedrooms and 2 full baths on the second floor.
The space
Single family home in a quiet residential neighborhood. Recently updated. Lower level is an open concept- Living room, dining room, kitchen, and sitting area with a half bath. Second level consists of a large primary bedroom with a king size bed and a large primary bath with shower. 2 smaller bedrooms with queen size beds. The common full bath contains a whirlpool tub/ shower. Play corn hole in the side yard, relax by the gas fire pit, or grill an amazing meal and enjoy dinner inside or outside. Off steer parking for one car. Plenty of free on street parking for additional car or guests.

Keyless entry will be programmed to the last 4 digits of the phone number used for your booking.
Other things to note
Home will be stocked with towels and bed sheets. We will provide 6 beach chairs and towels as well as 1 beach umbrella.

Great house to stay in within walking distance of Lewes! The house had a nice open layout and was on a quiet street. My family and I had a great time! Would definitely book again.

We loved everything about our stay! The house was perfect for us, with everything we needed including a step stool for our youngest. The beds were so comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet and walkable with lovely gardens everywhere. We walked to bike rentals, the library, park with free concerts, and a great local grocer. It was central to several beaches and activities. We will definitely be back.

Great House in Lewes

Perfect house for a family beach trip. Great updated kitchen and bathrooms and plenty of room so you’re not on top of one another. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare a big meal. Quiet street and just close enough to walk to downtown Lewes. Will definitely be booking again in the coming summers.

Great location for girlfriends getaway

This place is adorable and was perfect for 3 friends getting together for a long weekend. Very convenient location and very clean with comfortable furniture & beds. Our host was great and very accommodating, offering us a late checkout if needed. If you're visiting Lewes, this location can't be beat. Very walkable and close to downtown shopping and restaurants, but also easy to get out and explore the area by car.

Nice Place in Lewes

Enjoyed our stay here. Group open space perfect for hanging out with the family. Great location, easy to walk downtown but in a quiet area. Joe was easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house and location

We stayed in the spring and enjoyed walking through the neighborhood, trails and downtown. Great location. The openness of the main floor made for a nice space for a group of 6. Nice gas grill. Master BR excellent.

Terrific Location!

We spent three nights here. The property is well situated for touring sites of Lewes, Delaware. It's proximity to the Lewes-Cape May Ferry terminal is also convenient. The house is modern, spacious, charming, well equipped, and very clean. The host is responsive. If I were to return to Lewes, I would stay at this property again.

Lovely and cozy!

Property was wonderful, we loved the house and cozy feel! Perfect for our small group, close to town and Cape Henlopen, our favorite! Host was very helpful and answered all inquiries quickly and politely. Hope to come again!
