This is the third year my family has celebrated Thanksgiving at Stacie’s lovely home. We keep coming back because the house is all-round great for us. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we need to prepare and serve meals, the beds are comfortable, there is plenty of seating, it’s a short walk to the beach, and Stacie is an excellent and responsive host!

Clean and convenient to all major Delaware beach attractions.

My family had a fantastic stay over the Easter 2025 weekend. The house was clean and our host was responsive and accommodating. If you are looking for rental that is convenient to most of what the Delaware Beaches have to offer, this is a place you should consider. Our host Stacie was fantastic to work with and went out of her way to try and make our stay a memorable one. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer.

Great house; excellent location!

This was our second year renting Stacie’s lovely house for our family’s Thanksgiving. There is more than enough space for all of us (we had 8 people). The kitchen is well appointed and we had no problem preparing meals, including the Thanksgiving feast. Everything about the house is comfortable and welcoming. The beach is a short walk away, and it is a short drive to many restaurants and shops. Stacie is very responsive and provided all of the information needed to make the renting experience easy. I enthusiastically recommend this rental!

Sea witch race weekend

Our moms ran the sea witch race. We all had a great time. The house has everything needed for the entire family. The location was perfect with lots to do at the house and in the area.

Fabulous week in Lewes

Stacie Orsini is a great example of how a property owner should treat their renters. She was so lovely and helpful. The listing of her house was completely accurate. The house is immaculate and very well stocked. Cooking in the kitchen was a great experience. The beach is literally a 2 minute walk.The beach is on the bay making it very calm . It was a good place for young children to play. And it was easier for the parents and grand parents to keep an eye on them without the worry of a giant wave sweeping them away!

Great beach house for our family

We love staying here! Great location close to state park, very short walk to beach access and pier and pool! And we love that we can bring our pup! This is our 3rd year staying and we look forward to coming back.

Perfect place to make vacation memories - comfortable, well-appointed home with a great location. See beautiful sunsets over the bay, catch a trip to Cape May on the ferry, explore the trails running into downtown Lewes and the state park, or just relax on the screened-in porch.

Outstanding property!

My family rented this property for our Thanksgiving celebration, and it exceeded our expectations! The common areas were comfortable and spacious with plenty of seating for everyone. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed, and it was easy for several people to be working at once. The bedrooms were lovely with comfortable beds and thoughtfully decorated. The beach was an easy walk away, and stores, shops, etc., were very close by. Lewes is a charming town. Stacie is an excellent host who responded quickly when I did have questions. I can't say enough good things about this property!

great fall weekend getaway

we loved this home and location. close to everything we wanted. we even got in a pickleball session on the neighborhood court. it is steps to the beach, and we loved it.

Super Off Season Rental!

This Property was just as advertised... all was clean, well maintained, well stocked and very comfortable. Great location and Stacie gave us everything we needed for a great week. Highly recommend!

Amazing location and cozy home

We loved the house! The location is unbeatable. Stacie was easy to reach and very helpful for the one very small issue we had with one TV. We fixed it easily in less than 10 minutes. The bedrooms are comfortable. There were beach chairs and umbrellas and floating rings. There was even a baby chair which came in so handy for us. My only thought is that we wish we knew about needing sheets in the body of the original listing, not after the face. We also ran out of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags when we were there. We had no problem buying our own but an extra roll of each would have been nice. Overall, we had an amazing time and we will definitely be back!

Great house close to beach!

We love this house! Plenty of space for our family to feel comfortable. So nice to have the screened porch. We are lots of meals out there! Great location close to nature, walk to beach access, very close to Ferry ( with restaurant), community pool. Everything we wanted for our beach vacation! Kitchen is well stocked and there are toys, games and puzzles to enjoy when at the house. Stacie is wonderful to work with and super responsive! We love that we can bring our doggo too. This is our second time staying and we will definitely stay again!

Our family really enjoys this lovely, well-equipped beach house. Its location allows for easy enjoyment of the bay beach, neighborhood pool, Cape Henlopen State Park, bike trails, and downtown Lewes. A family will not run out of fun things to do.

Stacie was a fantastic host- she was communicative and the house was great. She even left a bottle of champagne for us since it was my husbands birthday! We had a wonderful weekend.

What a great property in a delightful town

6 college girls friends spent a weekend in Lewes Delaware catching up after 40 years. Stacey, the owner, was amazingly accommodating with our schedule and answering questions. Her home was simply perfect for our gathering. Great parking for 4 cars, a five minute walk to a beautiful beach and a very well appointed home. Everything we needed and more. The great room was comfortable for us around the island and in the living area with the fireplace warming us and setting the ambiance! Definitely a do again property and experience! Lewes has several terrific restaurants and fun shopping. Thank you Stacey for setting the stage for new memories with special girlfriends!
