Ubicado en un terreno en pendiente espectacular con vistas a una hermosa playa de abajo, Villa Diamante ofrece suites de 4 dormitorios, 4 baños y puede alojar cómodamente 8 adultos y 2 niños. Encontrar un lugar privado para disfrutar de algunos R & R es ningún desafío en esta finca acantilado en expansión.

Las dos suites maestras cada oferta completa baños en suite y terrazas con vista al mar privadas. Las 2 suites, disponen privada baños en suite y comparten una terraza frente al mar de gran tamaño, que abarca la longitud de la villa. Hay una quinta habitación, situada en la planta baja de la casa, ofrece un área para espacio adicional para dormir para acomodar invitados / niños adicionales.

La casa también cuenta con una apertura amplia cocina, totalmente equipada con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de alta gama, además de habitaciones formales e informales de comedor con capacidad para 12. Great property

Overall a great stay. The Villa was awesome. We had a few issues and the management jump on every problem and fixed them up immediately. The driveway is not friendly but other than that we would return for sure.

Coastal retreat

Villa Diamante was absolutely perfect. It was clean. It had plenty of space for our party and the view was fantastic. We stayed and it was very humid and we are very thankful for the ACs in the bedrooms. It is definitely down a steep driveway, so not for anyone that has any kind of knee problems or issues walking on a steep slope. but it was walking distance to one of the most beautiful beaches and we really enjoyed our stay .

The views from this home are absolutely stunning. Whales and dolphins put on hours worth of entertainment during our stays. The infinity pool provides a great area for entertaining. With multiple balcony’s located directly off the bedrooms and kitchen there is plenty of space for large groups. The management staff, housekeepers, and groundskeepers were all very professional and accommodating.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was beautiful to take pictures from. It's on a cliff so it's very hard to get in and out of.Especially with luggage. Very few cars will come all the way in.House is large and comfortable- but only the bedrooms have A/C. I was disappointed to find out the living room and kitchen didn't have one and the breeze was not enough to keep us cool.House needs lots of care. The pool was not full so it didn't have the Infiniti look. Lots of tile missing around and inside the pool so beware so you don't cut your foot. Lots of light bulbs missing in and outside the house and or the fixtures as well. I only took pics of the pool but issues were seen all around the property.We were only there 3 nights but ready to leave after one night when we saw how hard it was to get in and out of the house.Management tried to pin us for "damages" that supposedly we caused on the furniture after we checked out. It was some light scratches on the receiving table by the front door, so I guess they do business like car rentals with no space for normal wear and tear.

Confusing areas of responsibility between MHV and property mgmt

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been renting annually from MHV for more than 15 years and had had very few problems until three years ago when a separate property management company was engaged. When it first happened, there weren't any major problems but in 2024 there were problems with unclear areas of responsibility. This year, there were many, persistent, unresolved problems, beginning with the airport transfer, booked through MHV but evidently contracted out to MaxiTravel whose driver attempted to extort 1000 pesos cash to drop one of our group at the grocery store, and then being unable to drive the van down the narrow, steep driveway to Villa Diamante. There ended up being no maid service, although the Villa Diamante listing clearly says there should have been two maid services in the week. When I enquired of MHV, the response was that it should be handled by the property manager. All other requests were similarly simply forwarded to the property manager. The dryer wasn't working and we received no drying rack. There was no garbage collection all week. And no large jug water delivery. We had to order multiple 10-litre bottles for our drinking/cooking water. The view is stunning but the design VERY problematic: no common washroom on the main level, unavoidable stairs from carport to front door, very steep and treacherous driveway.

Está ubicada perfectamente para poder visitar algunas de las 36 bahías que hay en Huatulco la más cerca es la de arrocito que a nuestro gusto fue la más bonita y tranquila.Ademas de estar cerca de restaurantes y supermercados ( 8 minutos en coche)La atención fue excelente y sin duda la recomiendo ampliamente la propiedad.Desde luego nosotros volveremos pronto.

Amazing views and property. Very well appointed. AC only in bedrooms was a surprise.

The place is amazing with expansive ocean views from all areas of the home. Pool is awesome. Would stay again. Owner should spend a couple bucks and get AC in the common area. I home of this caliber adding AC seems like a no brained and would make it possible to hang at the house during hot times of the day. Fortunately we were gone surfing so we didn’t have to deal with the mid day heat at the house. Would stay again for sure though.

The house is a short taxi ride to town, no car rental needed. The walk up to the street is a bit of a workout in the heat and the nearest beach also requires uphill walking home but only 15 min away. The pool is a wonderful way to spend the evening after a day on the beach. We would definitely stay again.

Our Oceanfront Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home in a convenient location and within minutes to nearest town. We all enjoyed the ocean view and infinity pool overlooking the Pacific Ocean. House was impeccable with beautiful layout and each of us had our own bedroom with private bath. Staff was cordial and very professional and security added to our peace of mind during the day when we were out and at nighttime. The nearby beach is not accessible from the home and appears part of a near condo complex. The one negative is the music from the beach can echo off the rocks and seems to be a constant reminder that the private beach/music can be sometimes annoying. We enjoyed visiting La Bocana Beach and made a trek to a local surf spot which was pretty remarkable and pristine. We chartered a boat to snorkel/fish and managed to make our way to St. Augustine Beach and the National Park. We observed dolphins, Whales, Manta Rays and Sea turtles along the way...and the fishing yielded 3 Bonita which we all enjoyed grilling/eating for supper that night. One night we made dinner reservations at the Ocean Restaurant in the Cosmos complex which was superb in quality and presentation. The house had a myriad of bird life that passes through the area and one day we even had an iguana that was sunning itself on the driveway up from the house. We all had an enjoyable visit and spending some quality family time together in a most beautiful spot.

The concrete path down to the villa is very steep, so going up and down is a bit challenging. The cabs will drive up and down though to pick you up. Its quite far to walk into Santa Cruz, especially in the heat. There is a public beach in Arrocito that is awesome though, with great food and drinks. You can snorkel there as well. The ad did say access to a private beach which we did not have. No biggy, but it was in the ad so we kind of expected it. Overall the trip to this Villa was amazing, and highly recommended!

Everything worked well and it has a secluded feel to it because it is situated halfway down hill/cliff. The driveway is impressive and memorable. The house is multi level so there a lot of stairs. The pool is two levels down from the living room/kitchen, but it has easy access to a grill area and bathroom.

It was clean and had lots of space. For a large Villa a few extra chairs around the pool or outside table, on the decks would be nice. Fabulous Oceanfront Villa

My husband and I stayed in this beautiful villa for two weeks in January-February, 2016. The home is fabulous! The unobstructed view of the ocean is spectacular. The clear water below crashing on the rocks is a sound I could live with! The house was clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and had all the amenities one could ask for. We enjoy cooking and the kitchen was stocked with nice dishes/glassware, pots and pans, and utensils. Bedroom and bathroom linens were of good quality. This was our second trip to Huatulco and there are many beaches and bays to visit but we chose to spend most of our time at this beautiful home. Having our private pool, overlooking the ocean, was a true luxury and we enjoyed every minute of it. The property manager and rental agent were both helpful, making check-in and departure easy. We had a fabulous time here and would definitely recommend a vacation in this lovely villa. You will not be disappointed!

Our family has traveled to Huatulco numerous times over the past two years, but the first one at this house. This beautiful, executive house has unobstructed views of the ocean from all four levels of the house. We saw a few humpback whales during our stay. We also saw numerous fishing boats evry day as well as cruise lines crossing the ocean path right in front of the house. This area is home to many Canadians which makes it feel more like home, and the Canadian satellite TV allowed me to tune into the local Canadian news as well. The house and area is beautiful and the people made the stay enjoyable. Stock up & drive to your haven away from home. If you want to experience a variety of beaches, enjoy the flavor of real Mexico all the while staying in a top notch home, I would highly recommend you contact the owner of this property & book your next vacation. This was our third time booking a vacation rental over the internet & first time our selection was enjoyable in all aspects.
