Hosted by My Huatulco Vacation, this 4 bedroom gated home is located in one of Huatulco's newest neighborhoods and is in walking distance of Chahue beach, restaurants, and more. Offering bright and spacious interiors and a private pool, guests can enjoy the tropical backdrop of the surrounding forest alive with endless birdsong.

The gated entry leads into the front courtyard and then to the airy common area where guests will find the kitchen and dining area that opens up to the backyard and swimming pool. The open concept kitchen provides all the essentials for guests who want to take advantage of at-home cooking while staying in this home; complete with a breakfast bar and formal dining table with seating for 8. There is a barbeque grill located in the backyard for additional cooking options.

There are two bedrooms located on the main level of this property, one of which offers 2 double beds and direct access to the backyard and swimming pool. The second faces the front courtyard and includes a queen bed. Upstairs, guests will find a master suite with king bed, ensuite bath and a balcony facing the front courtyard. This level also offers a second guest suite with queen bed, ensuite bath and a balcony that faces the front courtyard.

There is a shared lounge located on the upper level that offers courtyard and backyard views. Here guests can enjoy the smart tv and comfortable seating for some time out of the beautiful Huatulco sunshine or for a fun movie night together! Sliding glass doors open up to the upper terrace that overlooks the swimming pool.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION TERMS
• Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, or money wire
• Digital contract & ID verification required to complete booking
• 30% deposit on base rental rate due at time of booking + $99 USD admin fee & $45 USD Accidental Damage Insurance Fee
• 70% balance + tax due 60 days prior to arrival (full payment required for last minute stays)
• Funds paid are non-refundable, if required, you can move your dates without a change fee up to 30 days from arrival.
• Not available for purchase through our Company, we encourage travelers to secure travel insurance.
