The space
The beautiful, NEW home, with amazing, unobstructed VIEWS, is a fabulous place for family and friends to come together! The beds are comfortable (2 king pillowtop beds, plush full and twin beds), the space is open, and the views, with hot tub, are BEAUTIFUL! The kitchen is well stocked, for cooking for large groups of people, with both a Keurig and drip coffee maker. The gas Weber Grill also allows for fun barbeque's, and great food! Each bedroom, offers a smart TV, with Roku, and Xfinity Cable, along with Netflix, Disney, Prime, and all other Smart TV app's. The bedrooms also offer blackout curtains, and each room has a dedicated ceiling fan, to create a comfortable environment. The downstairs movie game room, offers a comfortable Queen Sleeper Sofa, with a PlayStation, equipped with 3 remotes, and a headset. Additionally, there is a dedicated toy area, with fairy lights, toys, books, for additional play and FUN, for children. The den and game room, also offers a multi-game table, that offers 10 different games, ranging from foosball, to air hockey, pool, ping pong, etc.. We understand kids need activities and FUN things to do!


The home offers plenty of seating, in all areas, for conversation and connection. The sectional also offers another sleeper sofa, and there are additional extra mattresses in the Master Closet, if needing to be close to little ones, as well as Pack'N'Plays, High Chairs, Baby Gate, etc..

The oversized garage is heated, making it comfortable, particularly when colder temperatures are present.

Granby is central to SO many things, such as skiing (about 20 minutes to WinterPark, 5 minutes to Granby Ranch Ski Resort), Grand Lake, SO many beautiful places to hike, bike, explore; hot springs, fishing, golfing, boating, paddle boarding, white water rafting, kayaking, and so many outdoor, adventurous activities. It is also close to Rocky Mountain National Park, which is an amazing, beautiful adventure!
