Cute, clean and comfy 2 bed, 2 full bath mobile home in Saint James City, Florida on a quiet canal with 8000 pound boatlift and only a 15 minute troll out to open water, and all the beautiful beaches of Sanibel and Captiva. Enjoy the fishing and relax on the screened-in porch overlooking the dock or take a nap in the air conditioning on the large couch or in one of the two recliners. Eat-in kitchen also overlooks the canal and is perfect for watching the sunsets.

Boat lift will accommodate up to a 24’ boat with a 9’ beam. Bring your kayaks, bicycles and fishing poles to this waterfront home. Canal has very little traffic and dock has fresh water, fish cleaning station and electricity.

We loved our stay!

This VRBO was perfect for us. Clean, bright, cutely decorated (beachy), good floorplan, and the boat lift was super convenient too. We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous Pine Island Getaway!

Fantastic property close to everything in Saint James City! Very clean and everything you need to enjoy your stay. A fabulous screened lanai over looking the canal and hosts were very quick to reply if we had any questions or need. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Perfect little getaway in St James City

From the time we booked, the host Kirsten, was in constant contact with updates on the property and always asking if we had any questions. The unit was awesome! Beautifully decorated and all of the necessities were provided for us…we wanted for nothing. Excellent location with many places to eat and drink. Quiet and relaxing. We absolutely loved it and highly recommend!

Great experience for fishermen

Room for four but just my buddy and I; we trailered boat from TN and stayed a week. The boat lift on canal was the main thing and it worked as expected. Fish cleaning station, two hoses with good pressure and power source out on the dock. Lots of extras like cooler, bikes, basic tools etc in the shed. Beds were nice and comfy with lots of pillow options. Garbage disposal, dishwasher, stocked kitchen. Very nice retirement like community, nice and quiet. Thanks Kristen for the excellent service all the way through. We hope to be able to visit again!

The accommodations were excellent. The weather was cooler than most winters I've spent in Florida. Brian and Kristen were very gracious and made sure my stay was comfortable. I enjoyed the screened in porch the most. Also, the nearby restaurants were only a bicycle ride away which gave me some exercise. I appreciated the boat lift. The neighbors on the street were very friendly. Very clean and nice place to stay. I would recommend it to anybody who enjoys less traffic and a more personable stay.

Great spot for a 3 day stay in St. James city

My wife and I were here for a family gathering at a larger place with no room for us. This was perfect for our 3 day stay. Kristen was a very welcoming host, answering emails prior to the stay and available by phone during our time there. The information sheet listed restaurants, two of which are within a mile. The place seems newly furnished. The living room area was very roomy and easily seated 6 when others came over. The bed in the master was very comfy and the en suite bathroom convenient. Everything was as depicted online. No yards in this community as it is all set up for boaters on the canals. The screened porch is also well furnished, but we didn't use it much in July heat (overnite low of 82). We did see two manatees one evening just off the dock. We enjoyed a relaxing stay.
