Fantastic family vacation

Loved the location, the quiet beach, and the pool. Everyone we interacted with at the property- residents, other vacationers, and staff- were all so nice. We would come back again if we find ourselves in the Clearwater area.

Unit CBC 1-16B

This was a great condo and convenient to everything. Views of Gulf were amazing with an amazing balcony. Sandy Feet rentals went out of their way to assist us and answer questions. Highly recommend

Review

After much searching on the internet for a place to stay in Florida, chose CBC 1-16B with no real knowledge of area or condo.(first time in Florida) Talk about hitting the lotto! Room was clean, spacious, and inviting. Kitchen and rooms had everything you needed to stay.The balcony off the back was absolutely amazing! Overlooking the Gulf from the 16th floor was great! Beach was quiet compared to the beaches a mile north. Couldn't ask for a better vacation on the Gulf, will definitely be coming back again!

Terrific stay

We spent the first week of December "on the beach". The unit was extremely clean, the bed in the master bedroom very comfortable (it was just two of us), the kitchen was well equipped, the furniture comfortable, and the view from the balcony, sunsets included, was fabulous. The complex overall is just as nice. The beach is pristine, despite recent storms. Highly recommend for a getaway in the sun,

Great Dtay

Great stay! Perfect weather, beach frontage and quiet. Unit feels safe and fairly stocked. Sandy Feet Vacation Rentals is extremely responsive to emails/inquires. Would recommend location.
