The stay we had in this home was top notch! Shawn was great in communicating with us from start to finish even though it was the Christmas holiday!! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make our meals (seasonings, tableware etc) and the pool was heated cleaned and ready to enjoy! Everything was wonderful!

Host was very quick to respond and communicate throughout the entire process. The house was clean and any issues were addressed promptly. The backyard and pool area are beautiful and relaxing! I definitely will consider this home again in the future and I have already mentioned it to someone traveling to that area.

Host was great with communication leading up and during stay. Home has all the basics needed to make your stay great. Home is on a nice safe quiet side walked lined street. Great backyard with nice pool and outdoor furniture great for spending time outside.

Everything was perfect about this home. It was me, my husband, our children, my step father, mother and my grandmother. We had 2 small pets. It was very homey and Shawn was very helpful every step of the way and stayed in communication with me. The kitchen was very well furnished and appliances up to date. When I come back to Cali to visit my family, I hope to come back to this home.

Perfect getaway!Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, comfortable living room and exactly as described. With four comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms, there was plenty of space for everyone to relax. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we enjoyed cooking and eating together both inside and by the pool.The backyard and pool area were amazing! Private, peaceful, and perfect for lounging. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, yet close to great restaurants, stores, and local attractions. We spent time at Universal Studios and The Beetle House. Check-in was seamless, and the host was responsive with any and all questions and friendly, making everything stress-free from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Slightly awkward home, great kitchen and yard

This house is good. It is not luxurious and in fact the apartment is garage remodel which must be the “newly built” part of the ad. The knives were good, but no real pantry or Tupperware, normal investment kind of home.

Great stay. Generous supply of snacks coffee shampoos. Some of the boilerplate Communications seemed unnecessarily negative and off putting. Again, we had a great stay.

A comfy stay

Newly renovated, this place is really nice! Spacious rooms with smart TVs in each one is great. The beds are the comfiest I’ve stayed in a bnb. Having two full bathrooms is also nice— one with a full bathtub. The backyard is well lit and the pool is a plus! We’re glad we got to use it on our trip. There’s also games stocked in a cupboard in the kitchen to play. Shawn and his team were great and attentive hosts, checking in everyday during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful like at Home stay

The property was exactly as it was shown in the pictures. The place was pristine and clean. All appliances were brand new. The heated pool was great. The host team answered promptly and kindly all my requests, even anticipating my needs. My family enjoyed very much the time well spent in LA for the New Year's celebration. I would recommend the property without a doubt.

Great house with a minor annoyance

Communication with the property manager was amazing! The house was just like the pics and everything was as advertised. However, there was an ant issue for the 1st two days of our trip. When we arrived, we weren’t in the house for a full minute and we discovered many, many ants on the large dining table and throughout the house. Thankfully there was Raid under the kitchen sink and used that throughout our stay. Other than the ants, we’d stay there again if we were in the area.

Nice quiet neighborhood

Our goal was to find a house in a safe neighborhood for our family trip and we were happy to find this one. We didn’t stay long enough to enjoy the pool or backyard, but it was nice and clean. No cobwebs on outdoor furniture! We would have liked for all the windows and glass doors to have drapes/covering for more privacy. Shawn said he would address this and some other feedback we gave him, so hopefully future guests do not have to worry. He was very responsive, which I definitely appreciated!
