This 1300 sq foot home features bamboo flooring throughout with luxury travertine tile flooring in the bathrooms. This cottage can sleep up to 10 comfortably with a additonal pull out couch-linens need to be requested. Wireless Internet provided with a cell service booster that receives full signal for cell phone usage. Two parking spaces provided with this cottage.

Living Room: This space features a 65" smart tv with Netflix and Hulu provided. Our coffee table is the perfect spot for the kids game night with four slide out stools. Games and Cards under tv console.

Kitchen: Our kitchen is fully stocked and features beautiful cabinets, granite, custom pantry, dishwasher, coffee pot, K-pod coffee maker, air fryer and much more.

Master Bedroom: features a beautiful King bed that is very comfortable. 50" smart tv with large double closet.

Second Bedroom: features a 30" tv with a queen bed and large closet.

Third Bedroom: features custom built bunk beds that sleep 6. Two queen beds and two twin beds above. 43" smart tv with mini Nintendo with two controllers upon request. Two single closets.

Outside: Features a screened in porch overlooking the Bon Secour Wildlife. Relax drinking coffee in the morning or having a cocktail in the evening with the outdoor lights listening to the frogs. Four chairs on small side deck with table. Charcoal Grill, Deck box has beach chairs, floats, buggy boards, beach toys, umbrellas etc.

Community: two pools one featuring zero entry which is great for the kids. Our neighborhood is very family friendly with nature trails for walking or on your golf cart that leads straight to the beach. We have two public access sites.
