Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really enjoyed our condo! All rooms are a good size. Good storage for clothes as well in case you packed heavy! Gigantic balcony!!! Probably my favorite part! Mattresses slept really well. Weather was literally perfect and the beach wasn’t packed. Highly recommend going during this time of yr! Only feedback/complaint is the living room furniture. Not comfy or inviting. Just update it! Literally everything would be perfect!

Loved the condo and location. Parking in the assigned stop was a nightmare in our SUV. That alone would be the only thing wrong.

Great stay overall

Parking sucked and we couldn't get in the pool gate for the first whole day, but once we were able to go swimming and get to the beach, we had an awesome time. I loved it!

Overall good, a few issues

Pros: 13th floor great views Very fast elevators Huge balcony with lots of seating Sunshine cafe across the street has great coffee Pool / hot tub was never busy Ocean ritz employees were very friendly Cons: Parking is absolute garbage, we’ve stayed at the ocean ritz before but had 3 spots right out front so didn’t have to deal with the parking garage. The one spot you get is the worst spot in the place. We drive a ford explorer, had to do a 5 point turn everytime we came or went. You get another spot in the overflow lot across the street but that’s full most of the time so really you have to park in public parking even further away. The condo was mostly clean but the floors were not. We had a 1 year old crawling around and his feet and knees were black within the first hour of being there. (This is fairly normal with a lot of condos we’ve stayed at, surface level clean but not how I would clean type of thing) Issues I let the property manager know about: Coffee maker kept saying “overload” and would not work thankfully there’s a coffee shop across the street The main tv was toast. Everything that was supposed to be white was blue. Kills your eyes after a few minutes. This wasn’t a big deal either bc we aren’t there to watch tv but we did have it on in the evenings. Everything else was as you’d expect if you’ve stayed in any of the condos in PCB

Beach vacation

Condo itself was good. Was a little outdated but fine. The only problem we really had was the parking!!! I drive a pickup and it was A hassle trying to park it in our parking spot. I had to pull in under the condo and then go up a ramp, and then the only way I could get to my spot was to work it around a wall and another truck and back it in, and when I left, I had to pull it out of my parking spot and back it down the ramp and back it in reverse up the ramp to get out it was terrible. Also, we were warned that if you have a second vehicle, the only place to park would be across the street and there was a chance that it could be full and of course it was every night. The only choice we had was to pay for parking on another lot behind that one and we had to do that every night because, the secondary lot was always full.

Functional but Lacks Razzle-Dazzle

The condo has several advantages, including its prime location right on the beach with easy access and enough space to accommodate 12 people, although the kitchen is a bit small. Despite numerous reviews warning about elevator issues, we encountered no problems. The location is excellent, within walking distance to many popular spots, and the balcony offers an incredible view, which was the highlight of our stay. Additionally, having a washer and dryer, as well as all necessary kitchen appliances and utensils, was very convenient. However, there were several downsides. Parking was a nightmare, with a tight parking garage only suitable for small vehicles, and an overflow lot with just 20 spots, necessitating paid city parking. The pool is small, though it did have nice chairs and umbrellas provided. Our room needed a deep cleaning; the furniture was dingy with stains, the glass doors were smeared with fingerprints, and there was dirty sheets left on the pull-out bed. Upon arrival, a kitchen cabinet door fell off. Although maintenance took the door, they never returned to fix it. If you’re looking for something more luxurious, this condo lacks any "razzle-dazzle." The spray-off area for removing sand is just a water hose with metal spurs that can prick your hands if not handled carefully. Additionally, the bunk beds were wobbly. For the cost of the condo rental, it should of had better decor and clean.

Spring Break

Thank you for the rental! This was a family vacation of 4 adults & 4 children under 11. The unit was wonderful, great location, views, convenience & amenties. We have minimal negatives about our stay. I did have some tecnical problems with 2 TVs, slow process to seek help. (We eventually resolved) Other issue was checkout process..we didn't mind leaving unit suitable, but the requirements requested at check in are ALOT. I think the housekeeping fee is too high..considering arrival condition and whats expected upon leaving. But overall...Would definitely return!

Very nice place! Could be nice for large families as its very spacious. The deck is huge. It ended up being just my husband and I but would definitely love to come back

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: They switched the condos at the last minute because the one I booked was sold. I understand, those things happen but I was not very impressed with the new accommodations. We had an issue with one of the doors not opening to the balcony. I reached out to property management and they said they would send someone out from maintenance to fix it. No one showed.It was very stripped down. They provided very little for our stay, there weren't enough pots and pans for the size of the condo. The pits and pans that were provided were very small, again not fit for a 4 bedroom condo that sleeps so many people. It was a little dirty when we showed up, walked around barefoot our forat night and the bottoms of our feet were black. The cleaning supplies provided were either inadequate or nonexistent. The beds were comfortable, it was spacious enough and the view was KILLER and beach access was amazing. We went on fall break and never had a problem getting a great spot on the beach. It wasn't ever overcrowded. Overall, it was fine. Our next trip to Florida I will book with someone else.

Parking was a nightmare, upon entering condo floors were filthy, no mop to clean floors or spills, must wear socks and shoes to keep feet from being black and for safety, there were sharp metal that appeared to be needles in the living room floor, looses light sockets, sliding door in master would not open, front door would not lock so one person would have to remain back to ensure safety of our belongings and miss out on outings and beach time, main was a joke, took days to respond, They threatened to evict at every turn for any little thing. We had a police officer arrive at our condo to take report regarding an incident of a drunk man that was harassing my daughter and kicked my granddaughter in the face and they EVICTED us with 2 small toddlers at 8p due to the police arriving and would not allow us to explain situation. Would not recommend this place to anyone!

Condo Owners

The condo owner decided to use the condo the day before our trip so we never got to stay in this Unit. Also this was on July 1 so imagine how few properties were still available.
