Picture Perfect Condo en el corazón del país de esquí

Completamente renovado, totalmente amueblado unidad de planta superior. La cocina cuenta con una gran isla que se abre a la sala de estar con una chimenea de leña. Y la cubierta de gran tamaño lo invitará a disfrutar de las hermosas vistas de las montañas y las estrellas. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king-size y baño privado. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama doble y un segundo baño adyacente. El condominio puede dormir hasta 8 con espacio adicional para dormir ofrecido en el desván, en la sala de bonificación y en el sofá desplegable en la habitación junto a la chimenea.

La casa club cuenta con una piscina cubierta, sauna, baño de vapor, cancha de racquetball y bañera de hidromasaje. Tres jacuzzis adicionales, sillones y una parrilla se encuentran en el patio exterior cerrado. Una cancha de tenis, cancha de voleibol de arena y áreas de picnic se encuentran a lo largo del arroyo que fluye a través de los terrenos de Mountain Side. Pelotas de tenis y raquetas, una pelota de voleibol, una pelota de fútbol, una pelota de fútbol e incluso una canasta de picnic se guardan en el condominio para uso de nuestros huéspedes.

Frisco y el condado de Summit: Frisco está ubicado en el corazón del "Colorado Playground" en el condado de Summit. Esta ciudad de montaña por excelencia es mejor conocida por su proximidad a varias estaciones de esquí de clase mundial, como Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Copper Mountain, Beaver Creek y Vail. Very comfortable condo with easy access to Frisco and Breckenridge. The beds were fantastic!! I cannot overstate how important quality sleep is after a long day of skiing and this place delivered! Comfortable, relaxing with an excellent, rustic, Colorado vibe. We'll be back!

We loved this unit! Herman was great to work with and the unit was very clean and provided a lot of space for our family of 6. The back deck was probably our favorite part, we sat out there anytime we weren't outside hiking. The deck is very large and has a great view. We love the location too, with the bike trail and rainbow lake being so close. We also loved being able to walk downtown for dinner.

Family Ski Trip

We travelled for my 40th bday. Grandma, little one and Spouse. Great time at this property. Very well catered, clean and everything you need is included.Just worth noting that it’s 3 flights of stairs with no elevators.

Great ski weekend

Living area/kitchen a little small, and it's on the top floor so you'll get some quad burn after a long day skiing, but overall no complaints really. Clean with lots of towels and stocked kitchen equipment. Clubhouse with hot tubs, indoor pool and and sauna is very nice and a quick walk from the unit. Location is a little far from downtown Frisco to walk in the cold at night, but easy to drive and park. Unit only includes one covered spot in the garage.

Great house for our ski trip, close to Frisco Main Street, grocery stores, ski resorts, etc. Well stocked house. Very responsive hosts to answer any questions. Would stay again!

Great place for a family vacation!

This place worked out great for our family of five plus grandparents. Plenty of beds, a loft and a family room to hang out in, 3 huge outdoor hot tubs for the complex and an indoor pool. It didn’t feel crowded and it was easy to find parking. Herman was a kind and responsive host, easy to communicate with.

Cozy with a great view

Loved the wood burning fireplace. The balcony is beautiful if you go in summer. Host communicative and helpful. Location was a quick walk to town. We enjoyed a Christmas holiday with easy access to Copper resort with 2 families with teens. Layout works well for 2 couples and all teens upstairs in their own space. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place!

Great Mountainside Condo

We like staying at the Mountainside condos, and this one was the best yet. Everything was super nice, and the big deck facing south with excellent views was great. We ate dinner each night on the big dining table on the deck. Just about 1 block away from the paved bike trail from Breck to Copper, and maybe 6 blocks from Main Street. Highly recommend this property, and Herman the owner was helpful every time we needed something. It is on the 3rd floor, so be ready for some stairs, but there is nobody above so it is really quiet with great views.

Fantastic again

We returned to this condo this year for our annual Christmas trip. Herman was amazing to work with as usual and we really enjoyed our time there. The condo has extra heaters and fans to help keep you comfortable and lots of baby stuff, should you be traveling with a little one. Love the layout - great experience!

Peaceful getaway in Mountainside complex

We chose this condo because we love the Mountainside complex location, walkable to Main St. but quiet, close to bike path and gorgeous views. This unit has a great open kitchen and is well stocked with quality appliances, dishes and cooking utensils. The furniture and beds are comfy and the large porch with grill and large table were ideal for outdoor dining. The bathrooms are pretty small and the loft stayed too warm, luckily we didn't need it. The clubhouse has a beautiful, well maintained indoor pool, outdoor hot tubs and laundry. Even though its not common in area, I would recommend Owner install screens on porch and side window so cool mountain breezes can be enjoyed. We lapse with cleaning upon arrival but the Owner was attentive and worked hard to communicate and resolve the issue quickly. Even given this, we would not hesitate to stay here again, the Mountainside complex is an excellent, quiet location with amenities, beautiful mountain views and an attentive Owner. We will miss watching the hummingbirds each morning.

Excellent condo and location

Great place! Perfect location to town, to the bike path, and to hikes (esp nice to be able to walk to Rainbow Lake). Loved the clubhouse pool, hot tubs, tennis and racquetball, and the volleyball court. Condo was comfortable for the 6 of us and loved the huge deck where we spent a lot of time.

Comfortable and convenient

I stayed in this condo the first week of March with 2 other friends. We are 3 women of a "certain age" who came to Colorado to enjoy a week of skiing. We knew we wanted to ski at multiple locations and wanted a condo that was easy to operate from. We also wanted a place that would be more quiet and comfortable for us to be in each evening (we enjoy preparing meals together and recapping the day over a glass of wine). This condo hit the spot. It is an easy drive from the highway and yet far back enough to feel "away". It was so easy to get everywhere (We skied Keystone, Beaver Creek, Vail, Breck and Copper. Yes the Epic pass was a factor!) The condo was very cozy and relaxing, which was nice after a day of skiing. The kitchen is very well equipped, which made cooking in so easy. (We cooked in most evenings). As there were 3 of us and we used all 3 sleeping areas. The beds were very comfortable. The only suggestion we'd have is to provide dressers in the rooms - storage for the clothes from our suitcases. We loved the hooks in the hallway - gave us a place for our jackets and helmets. We also followed the guidance to store our skis in the car at night, which was fine. We had no concerns for safety. I only used the hot tubs once and I liked them. The building where they are located was clean. I also did the wash while I took my hot tub - killed 2 birds with 1 stone! (The hot tubs and washer/dryer are about 2-3 buildings away.) We were fortunate to have mostly good weather so we didn't run into travel issues (except the morning of our departure as it started to snow and snow. We left early and took our time! No issues) I'd recommend this place for anyone. It is cozy, relaxing and easy to be in. That's a great combo in my books!

Wonderful stay in the heart of summit county

Excellent setup for two families with children to have plenty of space to eat sleep and play while being close to all that summit county has to offer. We will certainly keep this in mind for future vacations. The location has plenty of cookware, place settings, coffee, toys/games, tv options, etc

Remarkable host

Things don't always go as planned on vacations, but it is how you handle the hiccups can determine the how the stay goes. Our stay started off with a house cleaning issue that was in no way the fault of the host. We contacted him and informed him of the issue and he went to work to rectify the situation immediately. He was in constant contact with us as he sought a resolution that met our groups needs, and was fair for both parties. In the end it all worked out. The host bent over backwards to make sure we had a pleasant stay at his property and were happy with what he did to make it right with us. Hermann was respectful of our needs and did not duck the mistake that occurred, but worked to make sure our stay met his standards. It was refreshing to work with someone who was honest, polite and a pleasure to work with.
