You will be close to everything when you stay at this sweet bungalow with a large backyard Oasis! Close to Oakway and Alton Baker Park, and within 3 miles of Autzen Stadium, The University of Oregon, PK park, and Matt Knight Arena. Come enjoy everything Eugene has to offer.
This cute bungalow has everything you need for your stay! A full kitchen and single full bath, along with two bedrooms are on the main floor. The dedicated office nook, play area, and one bedroom are upstairs. Given the year built, please note that the stairs are steep and the clawfoot tub is higher than the average bath tub, so please be careful when stepping in and out. Although this house is located on Cal young road, traffic noise is not very noticeable inside the home, but is possible.
The entire house, gorgeous backyard, and patio are yours to enjoy. The washer and dryer are in the garage along with a ping pong table.
Important notes:
* The backyard is beautiful but please be careful when walking around. In the summer and early fall, there are many apples, pears, and plums that will inevitably fall on the ground. Feel free to pick any fruit to eat that is ready and reachable :)
*There is no cable tv, and only limited local channels are available. However, tv has apps for streaming. Feel free to use your account to sign into any apps to watch your favorite shows.
*Please read over all house rules before booking, and ensure ALL guests staying and on property understand and agree to house rules.
