Adjacent to the grand living area, you will find that a large kitchen with an oversized island, welcomes you and will be perfect to gather for your indoor meals with your family and friends. Have some adult fun or send the kids to play in the second living area, compete with full seating and a game room area! Who doesn’t love foosball complete with bohemian hanging chairs to cheer on your mates?

Don’t forget about the incredible outdoor space! The front yard features two leisure swings to enjoy your morning coffee or for the kids to swing. The backyard has a show stopping OUTDOOR kitchen which is perfect for the whole family to barbeque by the in ground POOL. A large outdoor dining table sits underneath a covered canopy, surrounded by lounge chairs to soak up all the rays and eat all the good food and drink all the refreshing Ritas! Of course, no Sunshine State backyard oasis is complete without party lights! This space really has it all for your family. From the large, comfortable indoor space, to the pool, outdoor kitchen, game room, close proximity to the island and the Florida sunrises and sunsets from the yard…you will never want to leave.

-This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25.
-Non-Refundable pet fee of $150.00 required. (2) Pet Max.
-A mandatory pool heat fee of $25 per day is required from November to March. We aim to keep the pool at 86°F, but if outdoor temperatures drop below 70°F, the water temperature may decline. Please note that specific temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
-Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and government-issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property.
-Stays in excess of three weeks MAY incur an additional cleaning fee.
