The condo features two bedrooms, making it perfect for a family or small group of friends. Each bedroom is well-appointed with comfortable bedding and plenty of storage space for your belongings. Under Whelmed!

For the price we paid we expected a bit more. The condo was beautiful and very clean. It just wasn’t comfortable. The beds were extremely firm and you could feel the springs. The couch was something out of the Flinstones . Hard as a rock!!! So to be honest we couldn’t spend much time there.

beautiful place to stay. great service. the room was very fancy, if not over the top with electric blinds.the pool was awesome.the location was private. be sure to bring everything you need as the market is a long walk away if you don't have a car.

La Cruz

Great views from the deck - especially sunrises and iguanas in the neighboring trees. Easy beach access, a bit isolated from restaurants and shops.

Nice view, good pool, other issues

We arrived on a Saturday afternoon with a code for the lock box (key). The front gate security didnt have our names so had to wait unti Vacasa was contacted. Then we couldnt use the elevator to our unit on the 3rd floor. No one told us we needed a key card or how to get one. I went back to front gate security because reception only works until 2pm on the weekend! Good thing I speak Spanish and managed to have the front gate security acces an elevator card for us. The other one was in the unit! Other minuses were that you can hear everything from neighbors with or without doors closed, including a barking dog at night and local partiers. If you like quiet/privacy, this is not the place. Inside the unit the couch and beds were hard as a plank. The upstairs gym had broken equipment and the place is only two years old! There are two buildings and a third under construction. If you like to walk you cannot access the nearby town of La Cruz other than walking on the beach which we only discovered on the last day, even after asking staff. We used Uber to get around, often waiting 10- 20 minutes for a ride. On the plus side we enjoyed the view and the pool which was long enough to do laps.

Tizate stay

This home is very nice and clean. You can hear the waves crashing all day and night. The beds are comfortable and we enjoyed the outdoor furniture. Wifi works great. Air conditioning also works great. I would not recommend staying here if you do not speak Spanish. We had trouble checking in and I was with a local friend who spoke Spanish. There also was not a book or guide to help with our stay, so I would also recommend looking up things to do in the area and how to get to them before arriving. We waited for over 20 minutes for an Uber that never came a couple times. This is a lovely place, but we found that walking was not easy, so we relied on Uber or taxi service. The people in La Cruz are really amazing and we enjoyed the slower pace. We did have an issue with the toilet and washer that took 2 days to address, but the communication was good with property management. Over-all a good stay and enjoyed the people there.

Beautiful and Peaceful

It was so nice and private. The rooftop pool was awesome. The staff great. Coffee shop and bar/restaurant was great. Spa massages steam room and sauna wonderful. Would love to book a stay in October when we come back. Tons of amenities

The property is very new and as a result is not busy - there was never a time we couldn’t find a spot by the enormous pool unlike other places I’ve stayed. The pool was kept clean and heated. The unit was well equipped for our two week stay. The view is incredible! Inexpensive Ubers and taxis are readily available and the staff are friendly and helpful. There is a well equipped kitchen but if you are needing a break the property has a kitchen/bar for meals and drinks.
