The “Casita” features a Private Studio Bedroom, Bathroom, and Kitchenette - with its own Detached Private Entrance with keyless entry door gives you an Amazing place for a couples retreat!
Cozy Casita is located away from the crowds in the quiet quaint residential neighborhood of Dixie Springs. Just minutes from the wonderful community of downtown Hurricane, Utah. It has a secluded feeling, while being directly north of Sand Hollow Reservoir and the Red Sand Dunes
The space
Cozy Casita features a charming Master studio space with a Queen size Bed .
There is a lot of storage space in the large walk-in closet.
A full size bathroom stocked with TP, Shampoo, Soap and Towels.
Which includes a large custom walk-in shower for soaking after a fun day of adventure!
The Ceiling fan and mini HVAC air conditioner gives you total temp control and will keep you cool while relaxing in the corner leather sitting chair.
Enjoy the free WIFI and mounted on the wall TV with access to Netflix, Roku, Disney Plus, Paramount, Peacock, Hulu, Pluto, Amazon Prime and many other popular aps.
Kitchenette Includes Table/Desk combo, Sink, Microwave, Fridge w/ Freezer, coffee-maker, silverware, plates, cups, bowls.
Outdoor area includes private patio with sitting area to enjoy your meals outside.
Centrally located with many beautiful places to visit Sand Hollow & Quail Creek Reservoirs, Virgin River, Gunlock Reservoir (beautiful waterfalls), Snow Canyon, Pine Valley, Zions National Park (30 min away)
Enjoy Hiking, Amazing Scenery, Golfing on the many local courses. Off-roading, Jeeping, Sand Dunes for atv's and razors, Boating, Swimming, Cliff Jumping, Fishing, Paddle Boarding, Kayaking, Bicycling on the many famous mountain bike trails, and much much more!
