Desirable Pretty Home close to Sea World-Medical Center-UTSA

Located at a peaceful and well developed neighborhood, this one-story single family house has three rooms (1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, and 2 Single beds) and can host up to 6 guests. Warm and cozy, the house is close to places like Sea World, Medical Center, UTSA, and Six Flags. A 5-minute drive takes you to two Walmart and H.E.B grocery stores. The house is newly upgraded and all furniture is new including new beds and new quality mattresses, new dinning table set, new sofa set. In addition, we have a Queen size mattress provided with the sheets and blanket for two guests. All the bedding, drapes and blinds are new and comfortable. We also have new washer and dryer, as well as a 75" inch smart TV in the sitting room, and a smart TV in the master bedroom. You can have coffee or tea in the morning and evening at the huge deck of the backyard enjoying birds chirping and squirrels dancing.

In addition to three bedrooms and two baths, we also have a large sitting room, a fully functioned kitchen and a dinning area. The big deck is in the backyard. The house is in a very nice, quiet, and friendly neighborhood.

The open concept of the floor plan makes communication easy and convenient for guests in the sitting room, dinning area, and the kitchen. The light color for walls and furniture gives a pleasing feel and creates a warm environment. The multiple ceiling lights add extra brightness to the interior. You can comfortably sit in the sofa watching your favorite shows on TV. We have Netflix provided for your convenience.

In the kitchen area, you'll find new cooking utensil you need in the cabinets and drawers. Coffee and coffee mate are provided as well. We hope you love the new dinning table and chairs, the area that well connects the sitting room and kitchen.

The house can host a family of 8 or 4 couples. There is an en-suite full bath in the master bedroom where you also find a TV. Outside the master bedroom, an office area is available for use. Hope you like the little space. The second full bath has a new sink and a new toilet, clean and convenient to use.

We have recently painted the garage and made it a clean place for exercises. We're still in the process of searching for suitable equipments and machines for the space. There we put new washer and dryer very easy to operate.
