Beautiful sunrises!

Beautiful condo with amazing views. Very clean and has everything you need. We escaped the winter weather to enjoy the warm weather. Close to beaches and restaurants. Great communication, easy checkin process. Would definitely book again.

A Piece of Paradise

This was our second time staying at this beautiful, immaculate, well- equipped condo. Having our morning coffee and watching the boats on the water along with some glimpses of dolphins was the perfect way to unwind. We re already signed up for our third visit next year.

Weekend at the island

We rented this property for a few nights and enjoyed the stay. Shopping and dining are a walk or very short drive away. The property was newly renovated and very clean and well kept. We enjoyed spending morning and evenings on the balcony after exploring.

Great location, beautiful views from 6th floor, super clean and condo very well appointed. Gated community. Our host was very accommodating, and everything we needed was there. Condo newly updated with high end appliances, dishes etc. and HVAC. Very comfy. Wonderful place!! Loved the heated pool and hot tub at the end of the day. Exceptionally well groomed pool/outdoor walkways & landscaping.

Winter get away

My husband & I traveled to Marco Island for sunshine & relaxation. The accommodations were better than expected. The condo was very clean clean& beautifully decorated. The pool area was is very nice & convenient. John was great he reached out as soon as we booked & stayed in touch during our stay. Would definitely stay here again

Restful stay!

Our 5 night stay was relaxing and restful. Unit had everything we needed and more. Everything was in working order and clean. Views of the bay and river from the balcony added to the other amenities of Riverside. In walking distance of restaurants was a plus. All in all I would recommend this unit.

Very clean and great view

This place was very clean and well appointed. Communication was great and we had no issues or concerns whatsoever. Elevated balcony provided peaceful view of bay and all the beautiful boats passing by.

Condo was immaculate and well appointed. Had everything you needed. View was breathtaking and so very relaxing. Condo complex is very quiet and allowed us the unwind time we were looking for. We will definitely be back!!

Comfy stay!

The condo had everything you could ask for, and some things that were a pleasant surprise. The bed and pillows were super comfy. I slept great! The owners had a couple of sets of binoculars we could borrow for wildlife viewing, they had a great wagon to take the chairs and umbrella to the beach. It was a very relaxing stay and I felt comfortable, like I was staying at my own home. Highly recommend!

The condo owners were great. They were very responsive and it was very apparent they take lots of pride in their place. The unit was clean, well kept, nicely decorated, very comfortable and the views of the water and bridge were unbelievable. We had a great vacation!

Great little spot

This is a great little spot in Marco. Perfect for a couple getting away from the cold Northeast. The place is freshly renovated with a screened patio overlooking the bay. The sunrise viewing is worth the price of admission- as is watching the dolphins play in the water. The bed is comfortable and the building is quiet. There are restaurants within walking distance. The owner was easy to reach and extremely responsive. We really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing condo and incredible hosts!

John is a wonderful host and provides incredible communication. The condo is a wonderful location with incredible sunrise views. This is one of the nicest condos I have rented and was totally outfitted with everything you could possibly need. The property is lovely and well taken care of and it is gated. Nice quiet area and the neighbors are friendly. I would 100% rent this condo again when I return to Marco Island.

This balcony does not disappoint!

Lucky for us, our last minute decision to head to Marco Island lined up with this spectacular property. We are so lucky it was available, as it provided exactly what we were looking for after our kids finished the school year - a way to unwind, unplug and enjoy all that this island has to offer. The location of the property make it so easy for quick grocery runs, to head to Rose Marina (just minutes away) and of course Sweet Annie’s (dangerously close to the unit! 🍦) Our hosts were super helpful throughout our stay and kids missed this property the minute we checked out - hope to return again some day 😎!

Nice Visit

The condo was very nice. Well finished, very clean and everything went smooth. The kitchen was very nice. It was a nice place to stay for a couple. Wifi was good, varied between 15-70GB downlink and around 7GB uplink, more than enough to support streaming and/or a zoom call. One Note: The bed has a pillow top on it, a very deep pillow top. If you sleep on a regular or firm mattress it may be difficult to sleep, if you like a deep soft bed you will like this one.

Wonderful condo with beautiful views!

Beautiful condo with incredible views. Condo is stocked with everything you may need or want. It is clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. Owners are exceptional with communication, information, and details. Five stars in all areas, but we did have a few disappointments. 1-they do not accept American Express. 2-there is no full length mirror in the unit. 3-the condo is on the 6th floor and the elevator was out of service. We were told it's been out for about six months. Other than that, it was great and we had a wonderful stay!
