Awesome New, Dog-Friendly, Spacious Beach Home - Oak Island NC - Steps to ocean

Brand new spacious beach house in Oak Island! Catch beautiful glowing sunsets at the beach, only a 5 minute walk from the house. We call this the Be Love Home, a space to encourage you to retreat, restore & relax.

We created it with intention, imagination and excitement for you to not only stay in a house, but to have an experience. Our open floor plan is perfect for fun family time & endless memories. A bright kitchen equipped with your culinary needs ready for you to cook outside on the grill & enjoy eating in the garden. Our garage was converted into a game room equipped with a pingpong & pool table that also doubles as a yoga studio if you need some zen time.

A bit about where you'll be sleeping:
Bedrooms 1-4: all equipped with super comfy King beds.
Bedroom 5: two twin-XL beds that can easily convert to a king bed.
Bedroom 6: three bunk beds/ six twin beds in total.
Bedroom 7: day bed in a musically themed room.

Our outdoor space features a fenced in backyard garden oasis, wooden seat swings, hammocks, egg swings and spacious outdoor shower & more. Wake up sunshine to a coffee & tea bar then chill in the screened in lounge, furnished with a large outdoor couch & additional comfy seating, feel the gentle breeze, & sound of the ocean.

Oki, since you are a hop and skip away from the beach, ya might have some stuff to bring along, so we got you covered. Enjoy some beach chairs, toys, coolers, umbrellas & two large beach wagons that may be used for your beach excursions.

The house has 4 large 4k smart tv's. The house has Amazon, Netflix, Peacock, HBOMAX & HULU. We offer high speed WIFI. Our front entrance has security cameras, we have driveway space for 5 vehicles.

Your stay is in the heart, the middle of the island, known as the quieter side. Restaurants, miniature golf and grocery stores, just a few miles down the street on the east side. The island has great new and existing local and tourist faves, restaurants & coffee shops, mom & pop shops, and many artists. The Island has a new brewery, some dog friendly places to eat too. So many inlets and 10 miles of beach front. Make it a point to go to The Point, the spectators view for the best sunsets on the West side, they are breathtaking. The icing on the cake if you like ice cream, Lil & John's Sweetreat Ice Cream Parlor is so yummy and maybe go for miniature golf across the street.

House was great, parking was as promised and the house had the consumables that some places don’t have (dishwasher detergent, trash bags, coffee, etc). It was perfect for a group to stay for a local wedding!

We had an amazing time at Be Love! The house is beautiful! The kitchen has everything you need for your stay (including a wide range of spices)! So many games both indoor and outdoor! All things you could need for a day at the beach (wagons, toys,chairs, umbrellas). It is such a quick walk to the beach we went everyday! LOVED this space!

Great family house

This property was amazing! It was so well stocked with everything we needed. A great backyard full of yard games. Lots of board games. It was truly the nicest house I have ever stayed in. The house was clean, the beds very comfortable. I can’t say enough about how great it was. The host was so kind and easy to reach. There weren’t any restaurants in walking distance but easy drive to many.

Women's Retreat

This home was so fabulous for so many reasons! The little touches like the hot tea bar, yoga room and decorations were so intricately planned and placed. We really had a hard time leaving! I would suggest to give a little more information about the walk to the beach. It took closer to 10-15 minutes to walk. The house is situated near a major road so there is some noise. Overall, it is one of the best places we've stayed at and we would LOVE to return. The host was very responsive and generous. Blessings to you Alice!

Charming Home & Outstanding Location

First, the hosts are absolutely fantastic.They were quick to respond to my questions and provided clear details on everything. Second, the home is absolutely charming. It has an easy, light, BoHo feel that settles you right down. The kitchen has absolutely everything you need. The beds are fine, bathrooms are plentiful, and the extra gear for beach outings is an absolute life saver. Third, you couldn't ask for a better location. It's far enough away from the beach that you don't have to deal with the crowds, but close enough that you can walk there in 5-7 minutes. Finally, if we ever go back down to Oak Island (which I hope to), this will be my first stop to check availability. Everyone in my party loved it. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Best rental ever

Great property! Very spacious for large group. Furnishings and decor were first class. Many options to keep every one entertained. Patio and back yard was very nice. Absolutely loved the egg shaped swinging chairs. Pictures on line were very accurate.zero negatives.

Spacious, Clean, Well-Equipped

Property had everything needed for an enjoyable Beach Vacation. Walk to the beach was a little farther than anticipated necessitating the need for a golf cart.

This is our first GO at VrBO, haha, are we poets, so for whatever rhyme or reason, we are happy you chose to stay in this peaceful space to enjoy your stay, so make sure you feel at home and explore this friendly beach town that brings us so much joy. Oh, we can ramble on... We love people. We are all about family, and time flies when your having fun. Our Awesome sons are all grown up, we enjoy our time together, making memories whenever we can. We continue to enjoy and explore life with open hearts and minds with them, our lovely daughter in-laws, family and friends. Both originally from New England, met when we were teenagers, best friends and believers in making dreams happen, through many seasons of life, ups, downs and all around, just being human through it all the best way we can. We enjoy quality time walking the beach with our doggies Jack, our dog Sunshine is a bit older and would rather not be the beach bum, she's more of a couch potato and we like to keep our bodies moving and barefoot on the earth is so healthy for the body. Well, we can talk all day long but in a nutshell, we love nature, people and raising the vibration on the planet and we really hope you enjoy your time in Oak Island. Our home is your home. Hi I'm Alice, a few years ago, I facilitated a Life purpose yoga retreat in this friendly beach town just a short stroll to the beach. Fell in love with the beach for starters, magical sunsets, the energy of the island and the kindness of locals who care and respect the island, one another and the guests who visit. I just knew, then the ideas started rolling, then Gary and I took a chance and here we are, beach bums and the Be Love Beach Home is born in Oak Island, NC. I have much more to say but I will leave you with one more highlight, our community gatherings are the bomb diggity! Middleton Park, with a big baseball field, amphitheater, playground and skate park is a HOT spot for our Spring to Fall Season community concerts, farmer's market, local mom & pop shops and artists who show up 2x week. We have all the info in the house or give it a google.

Our vision to bring comfort and joy to you during your stay so we have the most comfortable bedding, lounging chairs, all kinds of seating and swings. The screened in porch or the garden allows you to hear the ocean waves crash at night as you gaze at the stars or listen to the sound of the birds singing during the day. There is something special about the beautiful oak trees in the backyard because it seems like every bird in the neighborhood wants to perch on their branches. We have a yoga studio equipped for movement & meditation
