Close to all the shops in the plantation and the Omni resort. 2 minute walk to the beach( beach chairs and beach towels included).Enjoy the units private pool with views of the golf course. Awesome walking/ biking trails, parks and a great fishing lake for large mouth bass.

This Beach wood villa offers a well stocked kitchen, dining area, living area and living area with laundry room. Primary bedroom has an on suite. And second bedroom has its own bathroom.
The unbeatable convenient location situates guests just steps away from the beach access( simply stroll across the street). A two minute walk and the shops of Amelia island plantation village. Which is home to various boutiques, spas, outdoor adventure equipment rentals and some of the top restaurants of the island.
The villa provides ideal sleeping arrangements for the family or fora couples trip. king bed in the primary bedroom and two full-size beds in the second. With a comfortable queen size fold out couch. The villa has its own private balcony with full views of the pool.
After soaking up the sun on the beach, you can cozy up in the living room with the comfortable seating and flat-screenTV with cable provided. High speed internet is also available. Plenty of board games, brain teasers and puzzles. Great fun for the whole family.

We LOVED our stay here! This is our favorite place to come to the beach and stay- and we have booked it several times now! It is a great condo, the location is amazing! The beach is beautiful and so is the pool with all the trees around it! Cheryl the owner is a great person to work with as well!

Wonderful Beach Vacation

We had an amazing time staying in this condo! It was a very nice space, the owner was easy to communicate with during the whole process of booking through our stay. We absolutely loved the beach and the pool! The grounds at the Omni Resort are beautiful and easy to walk. We would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a nice, relaxing beach vacation!

Long weekend getaway

We came down for a long weekend with our family and dogs and had a wonderful stay. Host was very responsive and answered all questions, fantastic location with a very easy walk to the beach, and super convenient restaurants in the resort. We would absolutely return to any of her locations.

Fun time with Family

This property was perfect for our family time away, it was our first time to Amelia Island and we will definitely be back! The condo had everything we needed and more, any questions I had were answered very quickly which is greatly appreciated!

Wonderful Experience!

We had a wonderful stay at this Amelia Island condo. There was excellent communication with the property manager and the condo was just as described. It was pleasant and comfortable and we would certainly return.

Another great Omni stay at Cheryl’s

This is the second property at which we’ve had the pleasure of staying in Amelia Island. Nice touches all around and a very comfortable space. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

Perfect Winter

We enjoyed Cheryl and Keith's darling condo for three months and cannot say enough good things about them as owners and property managers. We had everything we needed, and if I so much as mentioned something, she had it there STAT. Can't wait to return.

Delightful Vacation Property

Lovely condo with beautiful furniture and well stocked kitchen. Very clean and well kept. Everything was as described in the listing and very comfortable. We had to contact the owner with a question and she was very responsive and most accommodating. We had a beautiful view of the pool and gorgeous live oak trees from the balcony. Wonderful vacation!! Would definitely highly recommend.

Wonderful Place Wonderful Owner

This villa in Fernandina Beach was better than described. It had been recently renovated and was very comfortable, especially the living area. It was very well stocked, including beach gear--2 backpack chairs, several boogie boards, sand toys and even an EZ up. The kitchen had everything you needed, too. The villa was just a minute walk from a nice, private pool (because kids can get tired of the beach, crazy) and just a few minutes walk to an ideal beach. We were a 15 minute drive from several great seafood restaurants, then near bike, paddleboard, kayak and other rentals. The owner, Cheryl, was very responsive and helpful, and would answer any questions we had right away. I would absolutely stay here again, and recommend if you are looking for a wonderful family vacation, stay here!

Spectacular beyond exceed expectations

If you’re looking for a place to stay at Amelia island look no further. This place has it all. And Cheryl the owner is just so lovely, she’s compassionate, & readily available . From the living space inside to the outdoor convenience. You won’t be disappointed. Inside.. comfy beds, functional kitchen, washer dryer dishwasher coffee pot full size refrigerator lots of space beautiful balcony views of the pool, beach chairs, and so much more items like wagon beach toys towels, such a short walk to the beach. Again, short walk to the Omni resort, where we eat dinner Oceanside, falcons nest, and Bobs! All highly recommended Ate off the property at Salt life. Definitely recommend that place as well. We were able to sit outside at the resort fire pit area and eat there as well. So lovely. Played golf at Oak Marsh. And shopped at the shops on the property. All very nice avd was able to walk to all those locations. Very safe and just absolutely beautiful and relaxing. Total serenity. Checking in was hassle free, so was checking out. everyone was so nice and helpful. Cheryl you exceed all expectations and go beyond measure to please your guest and make this truly a home away from home experience. We will definitely utilize her condo again. It is the absolute best. 🏖
