This is a great get away for anyone looking to be close to the ocean and the great outdoors. Located in Sooke Harbour Resort and Marina, a home away from home. The resort is located in the community of Sooke. There are a variety of fishing excursions available plus whale watching, kayaking, paddle-boarding on site. Plenty of hiking trails, beaches (try Sooke potholes) nearby.
The resort is a few km from the nearest grocery stores and commercial areas of town.

Sooke, BC is a stunning coastal escape on Vancouver Island, perfect for both a luxury retreat and a family-friendly Sooke vacation rental. Surrounded by ocean views, forests, and the Strait of Juan de Fuca, guests can enjoy whale watching, kayaking, beach walks, and hiking in East Sooke Regional Park or Sooke Potholes Provincial Park. Local dining and artisan cafés add charm, creating the ideal blend of upscale comfort, outdoor adventure, and relaxed coastal living.

West Coast Outdoor Adventure is located on site where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, bikes or go on fishing charters or whale watching tours.

Townhouse has 3 floors, 2 bdrm/2 baths, master bedroom on the top floor with view of the ocean and a private balcony, 2nd bedroom is on the bottom floor. Open concept main floor with bright kitchen, living and dining room. Access to two hot tubs.

Great condo located close to boat docks as well as relatively close to the restaurants. Condo was clean and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Would stay here again.

Great place

It was a wonderful place to stay for the week when we were in Sooke . It was everything that we had hoped for and more . We will definitely stay there again if we are in the area.

Cozy weekend getaway

Comfortable 2 BR/2 bath condo, spacious kitchen, great ocean view, close to town and steps away from beach combing and seal viewing. We greatly appreciated the resort hot tub! Great location for a west coast family getaway.

Great place!

Awesome place, great view of the ocean from the upper balcony. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hot tub was welcoming after an adventurous day. Looking forward to coming back to Sooke again. Thank you for having us stay in your lovely town house.

Very comfortable place of rest!

Thank you for making available a very comfortable, relaxing space for us moms! It was great to unwind after a long day of cooking at Camp Barnard. We hope to be back again next year!!! PS. The coffee maker is a little bit temperamental and doesn't stay on when turned on. Please take a look and replace if needed. Thanks!!!

We go away once a year for a sisters getaway. This year we decided on Sooke. It was the perfect size for the 3 of us, 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a sofa bed. The kitchen came with everything needed for meals: pots, utensils, china and glassware. 2 full baths made it easy for us to get ready without having to wait. We walked to the marina, and for dinner, as well as drove to places further away. We parked our car in the alloted parking space and had no issues. Any questions we had before arriving were answered quickly with clear explanations. We will definitely think about coming back and mentioning this place to others!

awesome accommodation & Location

We went to Sooke for a bit of fishing and could not have found better accommodation. All questions were answered in advance and we arrived to a well kept, very clean townhouse a couple of hundred steps from the marina with views of the harbour from the top floor of this unit. The unit was well laid out for two couples and the kitchen had everything we needed. We plan on going back next year and if we do there is little doubt we will stay again at the Ocean View Townhomes at Sooke Marina. Highly recommended.

Stayed for 5 days at the end of March with our family of 3.The location is fantastic and the view of the harbour is lovely. It was a great starting point to do some hikes and beach visits north and close enough to get to Victoria for other activities.Was quiet at night with minimal traffic. Our teen enjoyed having his own room/space and there was enough space in the living/kitchen area for all of us.Kitchen was adequately supplied, but new pans would be good as they are teflon and scratchedWe brought our own coffee but there was some ground coffee and tea bags in the cupboard, sugar, salt and pepperBedrooms are roomy and beds were ok although we prefer a firmer mattress. The linens need to be updated as the were pretty worn and pilling.There are some household maintenance issues that need to be addressed that we let Rick know about - they are not deal breakers but wear and tear is showing.Rick was great to deal with, very prompt in responding and info package on whats out and about in the Sooke area was helpful and appreciated.Ella beach which is a couple minutes north of the condo is a great rock hounds beach, found lots of interesting rocks for our collector.We also hit a few beaches on the way to Port Renfrew definately worth taking a leisurely day to stop in at all of them on the way. The road to PR is very pretty but bumpy and twisty - gravol a must for anyone who gets carsick.Overall we enjoyed our stay and would like to explore more next time
