This is a great get away for anyone looking to be close to the ocean and the great outdoors. Located in Sooke Harbour Resort and Marina, a home away from home. The resort is located in the community of Sooke. There are a variety of fishing excursions available plus whale watching, kayaking, paddle-boarding on site. Plenty of hiking trails, beaches (try Sooke potholes) nearby.
The resort is a few km from the nearest grocery stores and commercial areas of town.

Sooke, BC is a stunning coastal escape on Vancouver Island, perfect for both a luxury retreat and a family-friendly Sooke vacation rental. Surrounded by ocean views, forests, and the Strait of Juan de Fuca, guests can enjoy whale watching, kayaking, beach walks, and hiking in East Sooke Regional Park or Sooke Potholes Provincial Park. Local dining and artisan cafés add charm, creating the ideal blend of upscale comfort, outdoor adventure, and relaxed coastal living.

West Coast Outdoor Adventure is located on site where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, bikes or go on fishing charters or whale watching tours.

Townhouse has 3 floors, 2 bdrm/2 baths, master bedroom on the top floor with view of the ocean and a private balcony, 2nd bedroom is on the bottom floor. Open concept main floor with bright kitchen, living and dining room. Access to two hot tubs.

We had a wonderful stay! Rick was a great host and was available if we needed him. The town-home was perfect for our family, with plenty of space, an ample kitchen, and convenient access to nearby amenities. Having an ocean view right from our bedroom was such a lovely addition to the experience.We especially enjoyed being right at the harbour, where we could unwind at the end of each day and watch the many seals playing in the water. It was such a peaceful and relaxing setting.There was plenty of fun for the whole family, including two hot tubs for the town-homes and easy access to the Sooke Potholes and many beautiful beaches to explore. Overall, it was a fantastic family getaway, and we really enjoyed our stay!

Full comfort for hikers and nature-lovers!

Our stay at the Ocean View townhouse went perfectly. Communication with the hosts was clear and timely. We appreciated the clean and well-equipped space, the privacy of the 2 bedrooms with separate bathrooms and the views of Spoke Harbour, particularly from the master bedroom. The beds were very comfortable and the showers had great pressure. We loved the quick access to Whiffen Spit for walking and bird-watching plus the easy drive to restaurants in town. The beautiful hikes within 1/2 hr driving distance were especially rewarding . All in all a full comfort experience in beautiful surroundings with many great hiking opportunities to choose from.

Great condo located close to boat docks as well as relatively close to the restaurants. Condo was clean and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Would stay here again.

It was a wonderful place to stay for the week when we were in Sooke . It was everything that we had hoped for and more . We will definitely stay there again if we are in the area.

Couples Getaway

We had a wonderful 4 day stay. We were right next to the Marina where we went out in a fishing charter. We will definitely stay again, can't find anything but positive things to say about our stay.

Cozy weekend getaway

Comfortable 2 BR/2 bath condo, spacious kitchen, great ocean view, close to town and steps away from beach combing and seal viewing. We greatly appreciated the resort hot tub! Great location for a west coast family getaway.

Waterfront at Sooke

Lovely place! It is an excellent stay for two couples, as there are two master bedrooms, both with their own ensuite. Close to the water and town. We enjoyed our stay!

Great place!

Awesome place, great view of the ocean from the upper balcony. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hot tub was welcoming after an adventurous day. Looking forward to coming back to Sooke again. Thank you for having us stay in your lovely town house.

Very comfortable place of rest!

Thank you for making available a very comfortable, relaxing space for us moms! It was great to unwind after a long day of cooking at Camp Barnard. We hope to be back again next year!!! PS. The coffee maker is a little bit temperamental and doesn't stay on when turned on. Please take a look and replace if needed. Thanks!!!

awesome accommodation & Location

We went to Sooke for a bit of fishing and could not have found better accommodation. All questions were answered in advance and we arrived to a well kept, very clean townhouse a couple of hundred steps from the marina with views of the harbour from the top floor of this unit. The unit was well laid out for two couples and the kitchen had everything we needed. We plan on going back next year and if we do there is little doubt we will stay again at the Ocean View Townhomes at Sooke Marina. Highly recommended.

We go away once a year for a sisters getaway. This year we decided on Sooke. It was the perfect size for the 3 of us, 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a sofa bed. The kitchen came with everything needed for meals: pots, utensils, china and glassware. 2 full baths made it easy for us to get ready without having to wait. We walked to the marina, and for dinner, as well as drove to places further away. We parked our car in the alloted parking space and had no issues. Any questions we had before arriving were answered quickly with clear explanations. We will definitely think about coming back and mentioning this place to others!
